Milk is for babies. Cows’ milk is not beneficial for humans. It’s for baby cows.
However, if you want to have milk and cheese in your diet, then raw goats milk & cheese is a much, much better choice.
But, but, but … humans need meat and milk to be “strong and energetic”.
And where else could you possibly get your protein?
Think again …
Here are some raw vegans …
Where do you think do they’ve got their protein from?
And here is a human vegan …
And the kicker:
Milk is leaching calcium from the body! (… which explains why the countries with the highest milk intake also have the highest rates of osteoporosis.)
Four big names in the dairy industry reportedly conspired to artificially inflate the cost of dairy products in the United States. The market fraud occurred between 2004 and 2008 when milk prices increased 66 cents per hundredweight.
The increase was made possible through a pact between several major milk brands that unnecessarily slaughtered a substantial number of dairy cows.
Federal agents subjected a farmer to harassment and warrantless searches simply for producing raw milk, but a county sheriff took the farmer’s side and blocked federal agents from the property – and the sheriff is now speaking out.
The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) took the actions four years ago simply because the farmer was providing raw milk to an organic food co-op. The story is receiving renewed coverage because the Indiana sheriff, Elkhart County’s Brad Rogers, wrote a 600-word explanation for a local newspaper as part of his “Ask The Sheriff” series. Off The Grid News previously reported on the dispute.
Make a list of the top ten dairy consuming countries, then make a list of countries who have the highest incidence rate of osteoporosis and now compare them.
However, I highly recommend to also AVOID all soy products!
