Goldman’s President Gary Cohn Said To Be Considering Departing Firm:

Just a day after Goldman COO Gary Cohn unexpectedly met with Donald Trump, he is now said to be “weighing a future outside the firm” the WSJ reports. According to Dow Jones, the bank’s “Number 2”, who met with Trump on Tursday, has had conversations in recent months about leaving the bank.

As reported yesterday, Cohn, who has been CEO Blankfein’s top deputy for a decade, met with Donald Trump Tuesday. Why Are So Many Among The Elite Building Luxury Bunkers In Preparation For An Imminent ‘Apocalypse’?

Why Are So Many Among The Elite Building Luxury Bunkers In Preparation For An Imminent ‘Apocalypse’?:

Do they know something that the rest of us do not?  There are tens of millions of ordinary Americans that are feeling really good about the future now that Donald Trump has won the election, but meanwhile the elite are feverishly constructing luxury bunkers at a pace unlike anything we have ever seen before.  So why are so many among the elite preparing for an imminent “apocalypse” when tens of millions of other Americans are anticipating a new era of peace and prosperity?  Are they smarter than most of the rest of us, or are they simply being paranoid?

Without a doubt, something is going on among the elite.  Earlier today, WND published an article that discussed the fact that wealthy people “are quietly moving away from major cities” all over the globe because of concerns about security…

DUTCH far-right Party for Freedom (PVV) has topped the latest polls and would beat the prime minister’s ruling conservative liberals if elections were held today, sparking the possibility of a Dutch exit from the EU.

New data reportedly shows the PVV – led by Eurosceptic Geert Wilders – would take more than a fifth of the lower chamber with 33 seats out of the 150-seat chamber, eight more than prime minister Mark Rutte’s party would take if elections were called now.

Saudi terrorist rehab is ‘hidden radicalization program,’ Gitmo prisoner says:

A senior Al-Qaeda operative told a parole board at Guantanamo Bay that Saudi Arabia’s lauded “rehabilitation” center, which uses art therapy other methods to de-radicalize convicted terrorists, in reality appears to be a “hidden radicalization program.”

“You guys want to send me back to Saudi Arabia because you believe there is a de-radicalization program on the surface. True. You are 100 percent right, there is a strong… externally, a strong de-radicalization program,” a Saudi detainee at Guantanamo Bay, Ghassan Abdullah al-Sharbi, told a Gitmo parole board (which assesses whether Guantanamo prisoners can be released) at his hearing earlier this year, according to recently declassified documents.

Top British Barrister Warns Brexit Battle Bound by Brussels Bureaucracy, Not UK:

The British Advocate General in the European Court of Justice – the most senior UK member – has said that the final legal decision over Britain’s exit from the European Union – aka Brexit – will be settled in the Luxembourg court, not one in Britain.

Eleanor Sharpston QC was speaking ahead of a decision by the UK Supreme Court over whether UK Prime Minister should have the legal right to invoke Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon, triggering the formal start of Brexit negotiations, or the UK Parliament itself.
