Obama-2012-NDAA-Indefinite-Detention

Senate Passes NDAA 2014 via Fast Tracking, President To Sign (Activist Post, Dec 20, 2013):

Late Thursday night, the Senate passed the NDAA for Fiscal Year 2014, in a sweeping bill now being sent to the president which reports suggest he will sign.

The bill, is infamous for its language on indefinite detention, and “disappearing” of American citizens. Once again, the bill was past via Fast-Tracking while most of the country was sidelined on the Phil Robertson issue with Duck Dynasty.

U.S. Sailors On Old Warship Dumped Thousands Of Tons Of Radioactive Waste For Years

Sailors on old warship dumped thousands of tons of radioactive waste for years (Tampa Bay Times, Dec 20, 2013):

They asked the dying Pasco County man about his Navy service a half-century before. He kept talking about the steel barrels. They haunted him, sea monsters plaguing an old sailor.

“We turned off all the lights,” George Albernaz testified at a 2005 Department of Veterans Affairs hearing, “and … pretend that we were broken down and … we would take these barrels and having only steel-toed shoes … no protection gear, and proceed to roll these barrels into the ocean, 300 barrels at a trip.”

The Tepco readings were actually 3 to 4 days before they actually gave us the readings of what the buoy markers were.”

The Challenges and Methods for Source Term Estimation, National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), 2013 Symposium: “There were some significant challenges with [Fukushima Daiichi’s] source term […] Why is this important? We have these maps like this radiation fallout map. But it turns out that this map doesn’t necessarily reflect airborne inhalation exposures, which is critical to determining who was exposed and the extent of their radiation exposure and the subsequent medical impacts they may experience.”

Free Atmospheric Electricity Powers Small Motor – Tesla Radiant Energy (Video)

FYI.

YouTube Added: Nov 25, 2013

Description:

I have always wanted to test a radiant energy motor. This little motor is the beginning of my research in that direction. In the near future I will be making larger more powerful motors. The precision required will probably require my 3D printer. Stay tuned for future updates.

CNN Claims ‘Americans Want Security Over Freedom’ (Video)

homeland-security-and-we-are-all-safer

CNN Claims “Americans Want Security Over Freedom” (Liberty Blitzkrieg, Dec 20, 2013):

Wow, this is straight up insane propaganda at the highest level. He is not even trying to hide the message. CNN’s Jake Tapper just comes out and says it:

I think the American people, honestly, want security over freedom.
– Jake Tapper

Compare that to let’s say, Benjamin Franklin:

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.
– Benjamin Franklin

That right there demonstrates perfectly how far we have fallen culturally.

Meet The “Bandits’ Club” – The TBTF Wall Street Cartel Rigging The FX Market

Meet the “Bandits’ Club” – The TBTF Wall Street Cartel Rigging the FX Market (Liberty Blitzkrieg, Dec 20, 2013):

Another day, another tale of how the “Too Big to Jail” Wall Street cartel manipulates a major global market with no repercussions whatsoever. Must be nice having essentially every Congressperson and regulator in your back pocket. Get caught? Pay a little fine and get on with it. Everyone wins!

Actually, everyone loses. Except for the handful of FX manipulators, rigging global currency markets from their Essex villages outside of London. These traders for major TBTF banks refer to themselves by various names in their now silenced Bloomberg chat rooms, from The Cartel,” “The Bandits’ Club,” “One Team, One Dream” and “The Mafia.” Very classy guys. Glad we bailed your asses out…

The case for owning farmland in one simple statistic (Sovereign Man, Dec 20, 2013):

Stocks, bonds, commodities… they all go through periods of growth, correction, collapse, mania, etc.

We’re seeing this right now with respect to a substantial decline in the nominal gold price after more than 12 straight years of gains.

Who Owns The World’s Biggest Bitcoin Wallet? The U.S. Government

Who Owns the World’s Biggest Bitcoin Wallet? The FBI (Wired, Dec 18, 2013):

Who owns the single largest Bitcoin wallet on the internet? The U.S. government.

In September, the FBI shut down the Silk Road online drug marketplace, and it started seizing bitcoins belonging to the Dread Pirate Roberts — the operator of the illicit online marketplace, who they say is an American man named Ross Ulbricht.

The seizure sparked an ongoing public discussion about the future of Bitcoin, the world’s most popular digital currency, but it had an unforeseen side-effect: It made the FBI the holder of the world’s biggest Bitcoin wallet.

The FBI now controls more than 144,000 bitcoins that reside at a bitcoin address that consolidates much of the seized Silk Road bitcoins. Those 144,000 bitcoins are worth close to $100 million at Tuesday’s exchange rates. Another address, containing Silk Road funds seized earlier by the FBI, contains nearly 30,000 bitcoins ($20 million).

Prof. Chris Busby: Cancer, Nuclear Bombs And Dirty Tricks

Chris Busby is the Scientific Secretary of the European Committee on Radiation Risk. For details and current CV see www.chrisbusbyexposed.org. For accounts of his work see www.greeenaudit.org, www.llrc.org and www.nuclearjustice.org

Cancer, nuclear bombs and dirty tricks (Ecologist, Dec 19, 2103):

Following a campaign of dirty tricks a decisive case in Britain’s nuclear test veterans fight for justice will reach the High Court in June 2014, writes Chris Busby. The case will also put on trial the dominant risk model for radiation and human health.

“Uranium particles cannot cause cancer – according to the ICRP model – unless you inhale so much you choke.”

The United Kingdom Veterans of the Atomic Atmospheric Testing in the Pacific and Australia have always maintained that they suffered harm, including cancer and leukemia. The government has consistently denied this.

Its argument is that except for very few of them, no-one received a radiation ‘dose’ significantly different from natural background. This was recently affirmed by the new Minister when she refused to concede that the test veterans were any different from any other ex-servicemen.

ObamaCare Found To Restrict Where You Live And Travel (Investors Business Daily)

ObamaCare Found To Restrict Where You Live And Travel (Investors Business Daily, Dec 18,2013):

Freedom: It’s bad enough that the president’s health insurance takeover costs more, breaks his pledge of letting you keep your plan and diminishes choice. It actually restricts your travels too.

A prominent New York insurance broker pointed out that most of the policies offered on the ObamaCare exchanges are not national networks, so “if you need routine medical services, they will not be covered when you leave your local area,” as they were before.

Travel health insurance, unfortunately, only covers emergencies. So, the broker told Paul, “a large portion of the population will have their insurance as a consideration for their mobility, which they never had before.”

Imagine having to take all this into account in making decisions about where in America you want to live.

The comedic possibilities one ends up with are countless.
