The latest in a growing number of Israeli airstrikes against Syrian territory appears to have been one of the most ambitious yet, striking deep into the Homs Province, near the Lebanese border and destroying what was said to be a weapons depot for the Syrian military.

The attack destroyed the site, and provoked retaliatory fire from Syrian air defense, who fired a number of surface-to-air missiles at the Israeli warplanes. Israeli officials say none of their planes were hit in the incident.

  • That major technology companies are openly stifling the free speech of people trying to counter jihad is bad enough; what is beyond unconscionable is that they simultaneously enable Islamic supremacists to spread the very content that the counter-jihadists have been exposing.
  • According to the legal complaint, the names and symbols of Palestinian Arab terrorist groups and individuals were known to authorities, and “Facebook has the data and capability to cease providing services to [such] terrorists, but… has chosen not to do so.”
  • A separate lawsuit claims that Twitter not only benefits indirectly by seeing its user base swell through the increase of ISIS-linked accounts, but directly profits by placing targeted advertisements on them.
  • When jihadist content is permitted to spread unchecked across the globe via cyberspace, it is a matter of national and international security. Tragically for Western civilization, its tech and media icons have been colluding — even if unwittingly — with those working actively to destroy it.

For the past few years, large social media and other online companies have been seeking to restrict or even criminalize content that could be construed as critical of Islam or Muslims, including when the material simply exposes the words and actions of radical Islamists.

The recent attempt by the digital payment platform, PayPal, to forbid two conservative organizations — Jihad Watch and the American Freedom Defense Initiative — from continuing to use the service to receive donations, is a perfect case in point. Although PayPal reversed the ban, its initial move was part of an ongoing war against the free speech of counter-jihadists — those working to expose the ideology, goals, tactics and strategies of Islamic supremacists, and who are trying to defeat or at least to deter the Islamic supremacist global agenda.

A new report commissioned by the Soufan Center has outlined the threat posed by potential Western Islamic State (ISIS) fighters returning to their countries of origin as the caliphate continues to collapse.

The report, titled “Beyond the Caliphate, Foreign Fighters and the Threat of Returnees,” finds that at least 5,600 men, women, and children from 33 countries who traveled to support the Islamic State have now returned to their country of origin, many of which are in the West.

It also estimates that around 30 percent of the approximately 5,000 people who have gone to Syria from countries in the European Union have returned home. Seven of the 129 who went to join ISIS from the United States are now back on home turf, the report adds.

TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are plundering the refugees’ possessions in a camp in Southern Hasaka, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported on Tuesday, adding that the SDF has also blocked transfer of sick refugees to the regional medical centers.

The SOHR reported that the refugees are living in a very hard and boring condition in al-Saad camp near Lake al-Basel in Southern Hasaka established by Asayesh (the Kurdish Security Organization) forces and the SDF.

A senior government adviser has told the BBC that the authorities are not prosecuting many Islamic State volunteers, believing they should be reintegrated rather than punished.

Britain continues to expose its citizens to danger and jihad attacks. The UK is currently facing the most severe terror threat ever.

If Britain is hoping to enter these Islamic State jihadists into deradicalization programs, they don’t work. Professor Boaz Ganor, from the International Policy Institute for Counter Terrorism once stated that deradicalization is “practically impossible”; the London Tube jihad bomber had attended a deradicalization program; and France’s only jihadi deradicalization center was closed because it was based on voluntary participation as it should be, and it was empty.

Quite some time ago, Jihad Watch reported the real reason why returning jihadists were not being prosecuted. It was because UK officials feared seeming “anti-Muslim.”

:Syrian troops have captured Al-Mayadeen in Deir ez-Zor province, one of the last strongholds still remaining in the hands of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), Russia’s Foreign Ministry has confirmed.

“Syrian government troops have completed the operation to eliminate Islamic State [IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL] fighters in the city of Al-Mayadeen,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said.

“The assault units of the Syrian army, commanded of by General Hassan Suheil, overcame fierce resistance of terrorists in the central and southern districts to completely liberate the city,” he added.

An ISIS-inspired terror suspect and his co-accused have refused to stand before a judge during their court hearing.

Sulayman Khalid and Mohamed Almaouie stayed seated while Justice Geoffrey Bellew entered and exited the New South Wales Supreme Court on Wednesday.

The court was shown a video recorded by Khalid, 22, in which he called on secret services around the world to convert to Islam in a 20 minute rant.

Tehran has warned it may begin to equate US forces to Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) if a report is true that Washington will include the elite wing of the Iranian Army in the list of terrorist organizations.

The possible designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist group, among other measures against Tehran, was reported by the Financial Times, citing a source “briefed on the matter.”

US President Donald Trump also accused Iran of supporting terrorism and vowed to “put an end to Iran’s continued aggression and nuclear ambitions.”

Revolutionary Guard chief Mohammad Ali Jafari said that if these reports of the United States’ “stupidity” are true, it will equate US troops, especially in the Middle East, to IS terrorists.

“If the news is correct about the stupidity of the American government in considering the Revolutionary Guards a terrorist group, then the Revolutionary Guards will consider the American army to be like Islamic State all around the world particularly in the Middle East,” Jafari said on Sunday, according to a Revolutionary Guard statement.
