TEPCO Evening Press Conference 2/13/2012: Reactor 2 RPV Thermocouple Is Broken, Matsumoto Says (EX-SKF, Feb. 13, 2012)

Reactor 2 RPV Bottom 91.2 Degrees Celsius (TEPCO Press Conference 11AM, 2/13/2012 11AM) (EX-SKF, Feb. 12, 2012):

(UPDATE 2: Instrument deemed broken, as the temperature at 5PM on February 13, 2012 is 275.9 degrees Celsius. It was as high as 342 degrees before 3PM. See my new post.)

(UPDATE: 94.9 degrees Celsius as of noon on February 13, 2012. Instrument failure most likely, the company says.)

Heating gauge was lost (Fukushima Diary, Feb. 13, 2012):

In the press conference of 2/13 PM, Tepco announced they lost the heating gauge of reactor 2.
Reactor 2 marked 93.7? at 2/13/2012 11:00, but it went to 276.4? at 17:00.
Tepco is asserting the heating gauge is broken.
