– Senator Levin revealed – It was Obama who required the Indefinite Detainment Bill INCLUDE U.S. Citizens as part of the wording! (Sherry Questioning All, Dec. 11, 2011):
Well now we know, for those who have been holding out “hope” that Obama will veto the 1031 Indefinite Detainment Bill against holding U.S. Citizens without rights to a trial or lawyer or charges for the rest of their lives…. It was Obama who required the bill have the language of U.S. Citizens being held without rights in the bill! The only reason he would veto it, is because it does not give him the absolute power as he wants!
Obama wants absolute Dictatorial Powers and the Senate gave it to him? I posted some of his Lies during his campaign. Especially the ones about the Rights of the People, closing Gitmo and standing up for the Constitution.
Here is Senator Levin on the floor of the Senate revealing it was Obama himself who Demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the Indefinite Detainment Bill!
Please send this video to your State Representatives, especially those Republican held states – maybe they will have morals and protect their state citizens from this. I know…. it is doubtful – but we still have to try, in my opinion.
Video of Levin on Senate floor revealing it was Obama who demanded U.S. Citizens be part of the language of the Indefinite Detention in 1031 Bill:
YouTube Added: 06.12.2011
Description:
As soon as December 13, the President will sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or trial. The bill that passed Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. The text of Section 1031 reads, “A covered person under this section” includes “any person who has committed a belligerent act”. We only have to be ACCUSED, because we don’t get a trial.
– Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. He has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment — in fact, it was requested by the Obama administration. Watch the video for proof.
– The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don’t be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), “Nothing in this section shall be construed…”, the only word that matters is “construed” because the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.
– Any time you hear the words, “requirement for military custody” this refers to 1032 NOT 1031. We MUST not confuse these two sections. In its statements, the Obama administration has actually contributed to the confusion about 1032’s “requirement for military custody”, which is COMPLETEY UNRELATED to Section 1031 citizen imprisonment without trial. These tricky, misleading words appear even in major news stories. Don’t fall for it!
If we act urgently to tell our friends, family, and colleagues, we may still be able to prevent this. Here is what we can do:
1) Americans must know about this to stop it. Urgently pass this petiton as widely as possible: http://www.change.org/petitions/stop-ndaa-section-1031-citizen-imprisonment-l…
2) To spread this C-SPAN video evidence, Thumbs Up and comment on this video. People deserve to watch this before he signs it.
3) Congress can still block the law before December 13. Write and call your Representative and Senator telling them to stop NDAA Section 1031 and the dangerously misleading Feinstein Amendment 1031(e).

Contact your Senator: http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm4) Write and call the White House to tell the President you won’t sit by and watch NDAA Section 1031 and the dangerously misleading Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) become law: http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/submit-questions-and-comments

Added – 12/12/11 – Funny the number of views has not changed since I put this video on. Yet What Really Happened, Rense, Alex Jones, David Icke and numerous other sites have this video featured. Thousands have viewed it since the morning of 12/11/11 and youtube is not allowing the counter to count them? All I can say is keep this video going, even though it is being hidden how many have actually seen it. On 12/11/11 the counter was at 32140 when inserted on the blog and it is still that number.
Update – Considering I am not someone who likes to just “give up” I have now written all of my State representatives in Tennessee for the 3rd time about the Indefinite Detainment of U.S. Citizens. Here is my email I just now sent out to all of them:

Subject: Senate Floor – Obama requiring U.S. Citizens wording for indefinite detainmentwww.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=PLiKvSz_wX8#at=66
Please see the video of Carl Levin on the Senate floor revealing it was President Obama who required that the wording of U.S. citizens be part of the indefinite detainment bill. I have written two other emails about this to you.
Again I am asking that the State of Tennessee, PLEASE pass a bill that will not allow the U.S. Federal Government and military to do renditions/take/arrest any U.S. Citizen/Tennessee citizen as per the Constitution of the United States that gives U.S. Citizens rights.
This would be the most important bill the State of Tennessee would ever pass in my opinion. It would show that the State of Tennessee stands up for it’s state citizens and stands up for the Constitution of the United States.
We the Citizens of the United States should have the most basic rights as written in our bill of rights!
Are you going to let President Obama and the Washington D.C. officials take away those basic rights for the U.S./Tennessee Citizens?
As I wrote in my very first email to you any law passed by the Federal government that does not adhere to the Constitution of the United States, then the State law banning that unconstitutional law is Superior.
I am asking all of you, to please stand up for those people that elected you. Please be “For the People” State of Tennessee Government.
We are at a cross road. Either the U.S. becomes a place that the citizens have no rights what so ever and the U.S. have worse human rights than many other countries in the world, or the U.S. still stands tall with human rights.
I believe it is going to be up to all the individual State Elected officials now to stand up for their citizens and stand up for the Constitution.
Needless to say there is very little time to act upon this.
Sincerely,
SherrieAdded 12/11/11 – 4:12 PM est – The CONgress reads the Constitution of the United States on their first day in office. What happened? Especially considering what Boehner said:
We always hear members of Congress talking about swearing an oath to represent their constituents, when in reality the only oath we take is to the Constitution,“ explained newly-minted Speaker John Boehner to the Post.
So what has happened, where is their oath to the Constitution? As I see it, we the people could then get all of them for Treason to the Constitution and the U.S. Citizens!

The takeover happened in 2000 when the courts put the losing candidate into the white house. In the ensuing years, our constitution, including habeas corpus was gutted. Those of us who saw 2000 as a coup, and tried to find an avenue for protest ran up against a stone wall. MSM was silent, so were newspapers and radio, the Internet was still young. OWS is 11 years too late. Had Americans gotten out of their easy chairs and protested in 2000, this could not have happened. But, it did. Somewhere I read apathy in a populace is a dictator’s most valuable possession
The final piece was put into place with Citizens United ruling by the supreme court giving corporations the status of people using unlimited, unfettered money as their voice. From that point, it was legal and official for congress to openly serve corporate interests, not ours. Between the corporations buying all the air time to sell their candidates and issues & the rigged voting machines, our thoughts and desires are of no further interest to these people.
Obama was swept into power by millions who hoped we still had a chance with him. He promised restoration of habeas corpus, the right if arrested, to be charged or released. It was part of the constitution ended by bush, right to attorney, trial, judge, jury and a finite sentence if found guilty. One only needs to look at how the people at Guatanamo have been treated, that ought to have scared anyone. Obama said he would close Guantanamo in a year (of course it didn’t happen), but no word about habeas corpus. I am shocked at how few people pay any attention to that place, some have asked me what it is. MSM has done a great job at hiding the horrors in our prison system.
This is the reply to OWS, 11 years too late, all our civil rights are gone, and the powers that be are adding oppression to keep control. The bill makes a point of legalizing torture, of us and any possible opponent. Turning this country into a military police state, claiming our own soil is now a battlefield, this is proof we have lost our country. I see no way out. OWS was a beacon of hope, now it will be forced underground and sold to the mindless public as an enemy of the state. It will vanish quickly, nobody wants to be locked away for years with no recourse.
As for calling “your representatives”, they aren’t our representatives, and never will be again. They belong to the corporate oligarchy. OWS has scared them enough to add totalitarian dictatorial powers. Any illusion of freedom is being destroyed. We now live in a totalitarian corporate oligarchy.
This is the end of the road. I am dying of a rare spinal disease, and for the first time, I am okay with it. I don’t want to live and see 1930s Germany here at home with 21st century technology turned against our own people. What a nightmare, only it is one from which none will be able to awaken. If Orwell had named his book 2004, instead of 1984, he would be a prophet…he sure called it. 1984 was in the top 10 of the most depressing books I ever had to read. Like Owell, I see no hope, we’ve lost our country.

Thank you for all your comments.
If you want to let me know more about your condition, then I will see what I can find out about how you can improve, or even heal your condition.
Western medicine does (usually) only suppress the symptoms and never heals any disease.
There is a cure for every disease out there.
