Ten years ago the WHO funded a Lab in Utrecht in the Netherlands called The Erasmus Medical Centre, and charged them with the job of mutating H5N1 into a virus FATAL to HUMANS. Two years later in 2011 they succeeded in creating it, H7N9, with a 50% expected kill rate.. So they already know it exists because they created it.”
