– IBIZA HORROR: Dad and sons brutally attacked by knife-wielding Senaegalese mob:
A DAD and his twin sons were robbed and stabbed by Senegalese thugs armed with knives and broken glass bottles.
The British family were brutally attacked while on holiday in Ibiza. Police say the dad, aged 52, and his twin sons, aged, 25, were confronted in the early hours of the morning shortly after arriving on the island.
The gang viciously tore a gold ring and chain from one of the victims before running off with their haul.
The family suffered stab wounds during the attack. It is understood at least one of them was stabbed in the neck and another was hit in the head and on his back with the broken bottles.
The injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Police arrested two Senegalese nationals, aged 37 and 42, on suspicion of robbery with violence, intimidation and stabbing with a knife. Local reports say the robbery, in the popular San Antonio resort near the Hotel Orvay in Formentera Street, took place during a violent brawl, which was caught on camera by shocked onlookers.
The shocking footage shows a man in a red jumper throwing a chair as the fight continues down the street. It’s believed the British family, who are yet to be named, were caught up in the chaos and were treated at the scene for their injuries.
Spanish newspaper Diario de Ibiza says the video was delivered to police anonymously as officers launched a manhunt to find the suspects.
