Japan: New 5.6 Earthquake Caught On Webcams, Showing Steam Rising From Reactors & Explosion (Video – June 4, 2011)

The earthquake hits the TBS Webcam at 3:36 and the TEPCO webcam a few seconds later.

The Honshu Earthquake was a 5.6 and occurred at 16:57:37 UTC. You can see the cameras start to shake on the TBS Cam and then after on the TEPCO Cam. The quake was strong enough to move the position of the TEPCO cam and leave it in a “new position”…while you can also see an explosion a little while later at 4:11
