Acupuncture found to be an effective tool for weight control in adults

I’ve studied acupuncture in China, but for weight loss all you have to do is drink pure water, sponsor a healthy diet (where you can – and have to – really eat as much as you want of the good stuff and still lose weight nevertheless incredibly fast) and exercise (actually not much exercise at all is needed to lose weight, if the diet and your amount of pure water intake is good. You’ll simply love to exercise after having gone through all the detoxification!)

Distilled water, fresh vegetable and (very little!) fruit juices, a high amount of organic raw food (veggies, fruits, sprouts, etc.) and your weight will drop like a stone.

Avoid fluoride, MSG, Aspartame, GMOs, etc. like the pest.

Avoid meat and dairy and go vegan and slowly increase the amount of fresh raw foods in your diet. Soak your nuts and sprout your seeds.

Weight loss is not about losing weight, it is about detoxing, which is why it would be a good idea to support your body with herbal medicine, some supplements (supplying everything the (individual) body might be deficient in, like niacin, Lugol’s iodine, selenium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, B12,…etc.), acupuncture, homeopathy, colon hydrotherapy (3- 6 sessions in the beginning) and then coffee enemas (see Gerson Therapy).

People usually make fun about the idea of using colon hydrotherapy and coffee enemas, but in the most successful cancer therapies on the planet they are used and they have made all the difference between life and death in many cancer patients…

…and in relatively healthy patients (who think they will not need them!) they will safe years of detoxification. Many years!!!

That said, there is absolutely no need to spent a lot of money on acupuncture for weight loss, rather get some books about acupressure and auriculotherapy and massage those acupressure points and auriculotherapy points yourself daily.

Get a good juicer (that is good for veggies and especially greens), a Vitamix and a distiller and…

…then detox,  nourish and rebuild your body back to health.

Acupuncture found to be an effective tool for weight control in adults:

If you’ve run out of ways on how to lose weight, there is another alternative — that is, if you are brave enough to face needles. Acupuncture, a traditional form of Chinese medicine, has been found to play a role in weight loss for adults.

A team of researchers at the School of Chinese Medicine (SCM) of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) carried out an experiment on the efficacy of acupuncture as a tool for weight control. As part of the study, the SCM team together with the Hong Kong Hospital Authority observed 72 individuals who were between 18- to 68-years-old and had a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or above. All of the participants had not taken any other weight loss tool or any medication three months before the trial.

Influence of acupuncture of Zusanli (ST 36) on connectivity of brain functional network in healthy subjects

“In comparison with pre-acupuncture, the coherence amplitude values of EEG-delta (1-4 Hz) and y (31-47 Hz) waves were increased significantly after acupuncture of ST 36.”

“Acupuncture of Zusanli (ST 36) can increase the amplitude and synchronization of EEG-delta waves of different leads, and potentiate the functional interconnectivity of brain functional network.”View post

Zusanli (Stomach 36) is one of my favorite acupuncture points.

‘Healing And The Mind’ With Bill Moyers (Full Documentary) – Secrets Of Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Chinese Medicine

From the 4th video:

‘I never felt the energy.” (After one year of training!)

That is almost unbelievable. I felt the energy from day one.

Every Qi Gong & Tai Chi master can you make feel the energy from a distance (even if you are sick and never had any training lessons at all).

And … you don’t have to believe in it and you will still feel it.

I have posted the 6th video before:

China Suppresses Prof. Yingqing Zhang’s Major Breakthrough In Alternative Medicine, Acupuncture – ECIWO (Video)

I’ve studied acupuncture in China and I can tell you that (so far) this works!

“Any fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius – and a lot of courage – to move in the opposite direction.”
– Albert Einstein

And it is so simple. Everybody can immediately benefit from this just by massaging/pressing the painful points on both hands several times daily.

ECIWO = Embryo Contains the Information of the Whole Organism.

Chinese Suppress Acupuncture Discoveries:

He then took a mouse embryo in the earliest stage of development and cut it into 5 pieces. The pieces were placed into the mother mouse and 5 identical mice were born.

Prof. Yingqing Zhang noted that in the development of an embryo, that the same beginning embryonic stages occurred every time when a new organ or limb began to form. In the lower animals this beginning cell or limb bud can be excised and it will form a whole new animal.

He discovered that each of these limb or organ bud embryos contain the information to form a whole new organism. He calls these ECIWOs or Embryo Contains the Information of the Whole Organism.

His cause of death is unknown and it is unknown when or where he died. It is assumed he died in 2004 in Shandong, PRC. Upon his death, his department was shut down and his life’s works including all textbooks and over a million original case studies were destroyed.

Chinese Suppress Acupuncture Discoveries

Chinese Suppress Acupuncture Discoveries (August 19, 2011):

Professor Yingqing Zhang

Zang’s discoveries would make acupuncture too simple and if everybody could do it, there would be no need for acupuncturists and there would be less work for doctors.

Twenty five hundred years ago, ancient Chinese physicians began to note that when a person is ill that there are certain corresponding points elsewhere on the body that were also sore and tender.

By rubbing this points they were amazed that it stimulated healing. Soon they learned that inserting needles into these points was just as effective but less work and the art of acupuncture was born.

The Aztec and Mayan civilizations also noticed this effect and to this day their shamans and even common folk have learned to use a limited yet effective form of acupressure called “sobando”.

Not much is known about Professor Yingqing Zhang’s life. He was born in 1947. We know that he worked in medicine in Inner Mongolia during the Cultural Revolution. He eventually became a professor at Shandong University in China.

While alive he gained fame for his work. He received recognition from President Bill Clinton. Jian Zemin, President and Wen Jiabao Vice Premier of China both personally visited with Prof. Zhang for diagnosis and treatment.

He won first prize at the Paris International Fair of Inventions for inventing the electroeciwograph, a diagnostic tool based upon his discoveries. With such fame his enemies dared not work in the open.

His cause of death is unknown and it is unknown when or where he died. It is assumed he died in 2004 in Shandong, PRC. Upon his death, his department was shut down and his life’s works including all textbooks and over a million original case studies were destroyed.

What is it that the Chinese medical establishment wants to destroy and cover up?

Military Deploys Acupuncture to Treat Soldiers’ Concussions With ‘Off The Charts’ Results

Chinese medicine had a total cure rate for all diseases of 95% until people were contaminated with junk food, vaccines etc.

And I mean cured, not just suppressing symptoms like in western medicine.

The results from using acupuncture are ‘off the charts’ for many western doctors. When I studied acupuncture there were several western doctors, my fellow students, who said that they cannot believe their own eyes anymore.

And this is ONLY acupuncture. Chinese medicine has much more to offer than just acupuncture, but a good acupuncturist is rare indeed.

If somebody tells me that acupuncture didn’t work for them, then I know exactly that this person never got real acupuncture.

I had patients that went ten times to an acupuncture clinic run by Chinese doctors and their condition did not improve 1%.

It took me with several of those patients only one treatment, giving the patient additional homework, to cure them, or better teach them how to cure themselves.

“Battlefield acupuncture,” developed by Air Force physician Col. Richard Niemtzow…

China developed battlefield acupuncture ages ago.

One of my own Chinese acupuncture teachers told me that she had to treat injured soldiers like working on an assembly line.

CAMP LEATHERNECK, Afghanistan — The U.S. military is applying an ancient Chinese healing technique to the top modern battlefield injury for American soldiers, with results that doctors here say are “off the charts.”

“Battlefield acupuncture,” developed by Air Force physician Col. Richard Niemtzow, is helping heal soldiers with concussions so they can return more quickly to the front lines.

At Camp Leatherneck, an enormous Marine Corps base in southern Afghanistan’s Helmand province, a military doctor’s consulting room has dim little Christmas lights arranged across the ceiling and new age music playing.

Commander Keith Stuessi asks his patients to relax in his darkened chamber and then gently inserts hair-thin needles into special points on their body: between the eyebrows, in the ear lobe, on the top of the head, into the webbed part of the hand between the thumb and fingers, and on top of the feet between the first and second metatarsal. The needles may look gruesome but don’t hurt.

Stuessi, a naval doctor whose rank is equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel, treats concussions, also known as mild brain trauma.

“I’m seeing pretty incredible results,” said Stuessi, who’s based at the Marine Corps’ Camp Pendleton, near San Diego, and is originally from Wales, Wis. “In my heart I think this will, down the road, become one of the standards of care.”
