FYI.
Movement is essential, or else your body (incl. your brain) will not work properly.
Very fixed exercises train only certain muscles and abilities, which is why I love Tai Chi, Tai Chi Sword, Yoga and Qi Gong, because at first there is form and after a while you will go beyond the form.
