– Tepco Adviser: Fukushima contaminated water ‘problem’ will go on until all 3 molten fuel cores are somehow removed — Company “simply not capable of handling the extremely difficult issue” (ENENews, Sep 14, 2013):
AP, Sept. 14, 2013: Dale Klein, a former NRC chairman who was also in Tokyo as a TEPCO adviser, said Friday that the contaminated water problem would last “for at least a decade” until planned removal of molten fuel that needs constant cooling begins. “Water would be an issue that TEPCO would have to pay attention for a long time,” he said.
ABC News, Sept. 14, 2013: […] TEPCO, [Klein] believes, is simply not capable of handling the extremely difficult water issue, a problem that, he says, they will be dealing with “for the next decade.”
The next decade?
How about some truth. They have no way to stop it, that tells me it will be a growing problem for the unknown future. Decade?
Where do they get their use of words? Century is more like it.
