Rudy wants to make fighting terrorism the main focus of the new administration. He even supports and advocates Donald Trump’s call to steal oil in Iraq and Syria.
I’m not sure if Giuliani is familiar with the Geneva Conventions. It says pillaging civilian infrastructure is a crime of war.

The pick of Giulani for SecState means that Senator Jeff Sessions is likely to be Trump’s pick for DOJ. The AP notes adds that Sessions has been meeting with Trump officials on Monday evening. Miller says Trump “would be lucky to have him in any capacity and vice versa.”
