Negotiations in Washington DC over the debt ceiling have taken a big step back over the weekend, as the White House and House Republicans continue to point fingers at each other.

It seems as though he wants default more than he wants a deal,” House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told Fox News on Sunday. “We have got 11 days to go,” McCarthy continued, urging Biden and the Democrats to be “sensible about this.”

Republicans have been pushing for substantial, longer-term spending reductions, arguing that Congress needs to roll the nation’s deficit spending back to 2022 levels, while restricting the growth of government spending. The White House, on the other hand, wants to achieve policy goals via taxation.

  1. This is ALL just semantics. Until all the theft has been completed to everyone’s satisfaction & converted into real money while the markets artificially keep the lid on metal prices to facilitate the conversion & transfer, they MUST keep the show on the road by which they are seen to be trying hard to resolve it.
    The reality is the interest on the existing Debt of over $32T simply can never be funded, even more so in a stagnant economy! Both sides know this, the Government want to use Ukraine funding to facilitate their nest egg transfer & the Deep State Kikes want to fund the coming WW3 diversion of the Currency collapse, so they WILL raise the ceiling & print more money to fuel the theft., but the voters must never know the truth because ultimately they are funding it all through tax debt.!
    Once they have completed the theft, they’ll let the house of cards collapse and sit and watch the chaos while they prepare the surveillance State CBDC next short term alternative to money.
