Thing is, as Dane Wigington & many others have collated undeniable proof that weather is being manipulated by several countries using HAARP technology & cloud seeding with chemtrails, the authorities involved have been forced to openly acknowledge it, and even the military admit they carry out ‘weather warfare’ via GEOENGINEERING.
