I will not take any kind of pharmaceutical drugs.

I use acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, some other natural remedies (which have been used in many clinics to successfully treat cancer, Lyme disease, etc.) and supplements to prevent and cure everything.

5. Meditation
