  1. Despite the sailings of the western media that it is retribution for Russian Action Syria & Donbass, very little proof is available.
    But there are lots of dots to join if Soros, and the PTB are thrown into the pot with the fact that Russian interference in Syria has upset them even more than quickly annexing Crimea.
    In other words….it was the U.S.
