The accident was reportedly caused when a Mercedes crossed over from the opposite side of the road without warning.

Looking at this from the other angle, (180′) you can clearly see the Merc speeding along the central restricted lane then suddenly veering off into the Chauffeur’s BMW.
But how would they be sure it would be in that lane?
