Of course it is, they have been lying from day one. They cannot get close enough to get a clear reading. They have no way to accurately measure how much is leaking or where it is going. It has been going nonstop for 30 months, and if the ground under the broken plants continue to fill with water, it will liquefy, and the plants will sink into the radioactive mud.
What happens then? We have no way to know, it has not happened before.
