You’d have to laugh – if it were not so grave. The Trump administration says that it is running out of patience for a diplomatic solution to the Korea crisis.
This pseudo piousness comes from a US government that continually refuses to enter into direct negotiations with Kim Jong-un, the leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
So, how can the US say it is growing weary from diplomatic effort when it hasn’t even bothered to breathe an earnest word of diplomacy – despite being urged to do so by Russia, China, and other world leaders?
There rather will be a big earthquake which will make California sink into the ocean, than North Korea attacking the US.
However, false flag attacks are possible.

– “Behold, A Pale Horse, And Its Rider Is Death”:
By Paul Craig Roberts
Two of America’s most populous states, Texas and Florida, are in hurricane ruins, and Washington is fomenting more wars.
The US national debt is now over $20 trillion, and Washington is fomenting more wars.
The entire world is helping Washington foment wars – including two targeted countries themselves – Russia and China – both of which are helping Washington foment more wars. Believe it or not, both Russia and China voted with Washington on the UN Security Council to impose more and harsher sanctions on North Korea, a country guilty of nothing but a desire to have the means to protect itself from the US and not become yet another Washington victim like Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Syria, Serbia, and Ukraine overthrown in a US coup and now poverty-stricken.

– North Korean Defector Claims Kim Jong-Un’s Days Are Numbered:
CNN allegedly found a North Korean defector through University researchers working in conjunction with the South Korean government. The news outlet interviewed the alleged defector, who claims Kim Jong-Un’s days as “supreme leader” are numbered.
CNN says that the defector had worked among the elites in Pyongyang. In order to protect the man’s anonymity, the descriptions and his name were omitted from the interview. He is said to fear being hunted down by North Korea and his family harmed should his identity be known. He is by far, however, the most recent defector CNN has ever interviewed; he’s only been free from North Korea for one year. But, he had a few predictions about the North’s borderline psychopathic dictator…

– China Warns Trump: “We Will Back North Korea If The US Strikes First”:
All day Saturday, South Korea braced for a possible new missile test by North Korea as the provocative northern neighbor marked its founding anniversary, just days after its sixth and largest nuclear test rattled global financial markets and further escalated tensions in the region. Throughout the week, South Korean officials warned the North could launch another intercontinental ballistic missile, in defiance of U.N. sanctions and to further provoke the US. As Reuters reports, Pyongyang marks its founding anniversary each year with a big display of pageantry and military hardware. Last year, North Korea conducted its fifth nuclear test on the Sept. 9 anniversary.
Ultimately, September 9 came and went, and North Korea did nothing, perhaps signalling its eagerness to de-escalate. Or perhaps not, and Kim is simply looking to surprise his adversaries with the ICBM launch date. Experts have said the rogue, isolated regime is close to its goal of developing a powerful nuclear weapon capable of reaching the United States, something Trump has vowed to prevent.

– Putin: “A Diplomatic Solution Is Still Possible For North Korea”:
Only a few days ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that the US and North Korea were “on the verge of a large-scale conflict,” seeming to imply that a war – possibly more than just conventional – was inevitable, as North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un would never shutter the country’s nuclear program, according to Russia Today.
Today, in what appears to be a reversal, Putin – speaking at an economic forum in Vladivostok on Thursday – cautioned that there would be no conflict involving nuclear weapons in northeast Asia.
“’We hope it will not come to a conflict with the use of weapons of mass destruction in North-East Asia’, Russian president Vladimir Putin stated at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) in Vladivostok.”
He added that diplomatic solutions remain – possibly alluding to a plan developed by China and Russia where the North would halt its nuclear program while the US and South Korea would end their military exercises, which Kim believes are dress rehearsals for an invasion.
Yes, and for national security reasons we should simultaneously take out China as well.
Oh wait, and don’t forget Russia and just to make sure we take out India & Iran too.

– The moral answer to North Korea threats: Take them out! (New York Post):
Better a million dead North Koreans than a thousand dead Americans.
Instead, we should do something. Pyongyang’s Sunday test of a hydrogen bomb of devastating power begs for decisive action.

And why would North Korea be so stupid to attack the U.S.?
I already did not like the survival gear recommendations of this ‘Green Beret’ in another article.

– Green Beret Warns: “Skepticism Will Vanish When The Power Suddenly Fails Across The US”:
It should be obvious, now, even to the most vocal and acetic naysayers that no matter how much they try to declare that nothing will happen regarding North Korea, they’re wrong. It is happening, as we speak, and the buildup reached a high octave with North Korea’s sixth nuclear detonation, one that experts are saying was between 100 to 120 kilotons. This detonation occurred in North Korea’s test facility on Sunday, and North Korean news stated that it was a hydrogen bomb. Here’s a Wall Street Journal article excerpt:
“In a televised statement, North Korea described the underground explosion, which triggered a large earthquake, as a “perfect success in the test of a hydrogen bomb for an ICBM.” Pyongyang said, “the creditability of the operation of the nuclear warhead is fully guaranteed.” The test came just hours after leader Kim Jong Un showed off what he described as a hydrogen bomb capable of being mounted on an intercontinental ballistic missile.”
Now, the Western Consumer Marketing/Euro Arrogance-Confidence News Networks and Politicos all decried North Korea’s capabilities for years. The news-twisters and politicos still only begrudgingly admit what recognized experts have been jumping up and down to warn the public about for years, namely this:

– Trump Commits To Using “Nuclear Capabilities” To Defend US Terroritory, Allies:
In what we believe is a significant escalation and potentially a hint as to the president’s thinking, President Trump said during a phone call with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that the US remains committed to defending its territories and allies using all “diplomatic, conventional and – here’s the big one – nuclear – capabilities at our disposal.” This is the first time Trump has explicitly referenced possible involvement of nuclear weapons in a US response to its isolated antagonist, and also means that the two world leaders discussed the possibility of a nuclear response.
The White House released a statement about what the two leaders discussed on the call. It’s available in full below:

— NBC News (@NBCNews) September 3, 2017
The call was held to discuss how the two countries should respond to North Korea’s sixth nuclear test – and possibly its first successful test of a hydrogen bomb. The test came after multiple provocations from the North over the past week, including two missile tests. Earlier, Defense Secretary James Mattis, using the couched language of international diplomacy, said any threat to the US or its territories would be met with a “massive military response.”
The full White House statement on the 6th North Korean nuclear test, as delivered by Mattis shortly after 3pm ET, is below:
“Any threat to the US or its territories including Guam or our allies will be met with a massive military response, a response both effective and overwhelming. Kim Jong Un should take heed in the United Nations’ Security Council’s unified voice. All members unanimously agreed on the threat North Korea poses and they remain unanimous in their commitment to the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula. We are not looking to the total annihilation of a country, namely North Korea, but as I said we have many options to do so.”
China also strongly criticized the nuclear test, slamming Pyongyang for ignoring international condemnation of its atomic weapons program. North Korea “has ignored the international community’s widespread opposition, again carrying out a nuclear test. China’s government expresses resolute opposition and strong condemnation toward this,” the foreign ministry said in a statement on its website.
“We strongly urge the DPRK (North Korea) to face the strong will of denuclearisation from the international community, earnestly abide by the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council, stop taking mistaken actions which worsen the situation and are also not in line with its own interests, and effectively return to the track of solving the problem through dialogue,” it added.
Finally, as several sellside desks have commented this afternoon, a sixth nuclear test by North Korea likely represents crossing a “red line” sufficient “to prompt China and Russia to support additional UN sanctions.” And while China could impose more restrictions on oil exports to NK as part of future UN sanctions – as a reminder the UNSC is meeting tomorrow at 10am – it is unclear if this means a complete embargo. It is also unclear whether more of the same, i.e., sanctions would be sufficient to change NK regime behavior. Finally, China will need to consider the risk that punitive sanctions end up destabilizing the NK regime, leading to a flood of refugees and other adverse consequences.

– “Appeasement Will Not Work”: Trump Responds To North Korea “Hydrogen Bomb” Test:
Following remarks from the leaders of South Korea and Japan, President Donald Trump has responded to North Korea’s latest “perfect” nuclear test, emphasizing that South Korea’s “talk of appeasement will not work,” and that Kim Jong Un and his government “only understand one thing!” He added that the nuclear test is an embarrassment…to China.
In both tone and substance, Trump’s response echoed his tweet from last week when he said that the US’s policy of paying the North “extortion money” wasn’t working, and that “talking is not the answer” to the North’s nuclear threat, although it is unclear if the latest provocation will prompt the US president to do anything more than just jawbone again.

– A “Super-Powerful” EMP Attack: North Korea’s Newest Weapon Against The U.S.:
The dynamics of the standoff between the US and North Korea have shifted dramatically in the past week.
First, the North started with an unexpectedly sharp provocation – launching a missile over the Japanese island of Hokkaido – before following that up with its sixth nuclear test. Also, judging by the size the earthquake detected in the country’s mountainous North on Sunday morning, North Korea may have been telling the truth when it said it conducted what it described as its first hydrogen bomb test.
And while the North bragged about the weapon’s “great destructive power” in a TV broadcast, what caught analysts’ attention was a mention of a different tactic: detonating an H-bomb at high altitude to create an electromagnetic pulse that could knock out parts of the US electrical grid.

– Putin’s Warning To The World: North Korea “On The Verge Of A Large-Scale Conflict”:
As tensions between the US, its regional allies and North Korea continue ebb and flow, depending on what and where Kim lobs the next missile and whether Kelly can block Trump from tweeting for the next few hours, Russian President Vladimir Putin has decided to personally weigh in on the conflict for the first time since the UN passed new sanctions against the North earlier this month. In an article published on the Kremlin’s web site, the Russian president warned that the two sides are “balancing on the verge of a large-scale conflict,” adding that any efforts to pressure the North to end its nuclear program would prove “futile,” and that the only tenable solution to the standoff would be a “dialogue with preconditions.”
