Belgium has voiced concerns over the spread of Saudi-backed Wahhabism throughout the country and the rest of Europe.
According to a Wednesday report by De Standaard, the country’s OCAM national crisis center stressed that Wahhabism is being preached in an increasing number of the country’s mosques receiving financial support from Saudi Arabia.
“We believe that a growing number of mosques and Islamic centers in Belgium, like the rest of Europe, are under the influence of Wahhabism,” said the OCAM.
Wahhabism is the radical ideology dominating Saudi Arabia, freely preached by government-backed clerics there, and inspiring terrorists worldwide. Daesh and other Takfiri terror groups use the ideology to declare people of other faiths as “infidels” and then kill them.
“We also note that the imams of these mosques are regularly being ‘salafized’ or are already ‘salafized’,” added the center.
NATO Auditor General was found dead in Belgium. The body of Yves Chandelon was found in the city of Andenne, in 140 kilometers from the place of his work and 100 km from Lens where he lived.
According to local mass media, the auditor committed suicide. He was found with shot in the head. However, the family doesn’t believe in the suicide version, Life reported.
Three unites of weapon have been registered on the 60-year-old man. However, an unregistered weapon was found next to his body, Belg24 reported.
BRUSSELS (AP) — Belgian prosecutors say four people have been charged with participating in the activities of a terrorist organization, including by funding it and recruiting people to fight with the Islamic State group in Syria.
The Federal Prosecutor’s Office says in a statement that the charges came after 15 homes were searched Tuesday in the Flanders cities of Antwerp, Ghent and Deinze. Prosecutors say no arms or explosives were found.
Belgian People’s Party leader Mischaël Modrikamen has released a second video in support of Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump after garnering millions of hits for his declaration that “America should not become another Brussels”.
Shooting to prominence after his first short video — released just hours before the Brussels terror attack in March this year — Mr. Modrikamen has once again slammed Hillary Clinton and called on Mr. Trump to help save America.
Repeating his call that the United States should not fall to the interests of globalism and multiculturalism as Western Europe has, Mr. Modrikamen says:
(AFP) – Two Belgian policemen were arrested for helping a group of migrants return to France after they wound up in Belgium by mistake while heading to Calais, officials said Thursday.
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve summoned Belgium’s ambassador to France, Vincent Mertens de Wilmars, to “ask for an explanation (and) express his displeasure”, the ministry said.
The Belgian officers were arrested by their French counterparts in the border town of Nieppe late Tuesday after they brought the 13 Iraqi and Afghan migrants across the frontier.
Belgian police are warning users not to use the Facebook Reactions feature to respond to posts if they want to protect their privacy. In February, the series of six emoticons, allowing users to express a range of emotions from anger to love, were added to the original thumbs-up option. They came in response to calls for a ‘Dislike’ button.
However, the new expressions are another big ‘like’ for Facebook and a ‘dislike’ for its users — according to Belgian police who claim the site is using them as a way to collect information on people to target advertising toward them. In a statement released on their official website on Wednesday, the Belgian force warned people to avoid using the series of emoticons if they want to preserve their privacy.
One month after we learned that the Brussels suicide bombers had planted hidden cameras at the home of the top Belgian nuclear official, we now learn that in a disturbing continuation of this story, the entire population of Belgium will be receiving iodine tablets, which helps to limit the effects of radiation on the body, as fears increase around the security of its nuclear power plants.
We noted at the time that this this was the first of many such paradoxes, as eventually more and more banks would begin to fall in line with ECB expectations and lend at slightly negative (at first, then progressively more negative) rates, rather than lose even more money as a result of leaving cash in the ECB deposit facility.
This is just the beginning: according the Danish media outlet, as a result of variable-refinancing, as recently as a week from now “a greater share of customers could have a negative rate.”

Operation Gladio – Full 1992 documentary BBC
Jul 7, 2012
Description:
Originally aired on BBC2 in 1992, ‘Operation Gladio’ reveals ‘Gladio’, the secret state-sponsored terror network operating in Europe.
This BBC series is about a far-right secret army, operated by the CIA and MI6 through NATO, which killed hundreds of innocent Europeans and attempted to blame the deaths on Baader Meinhof, Red Brigades and other left wing groups. Known as ‘stay-behinds’ these armies were given access to military equipment which was supposed to be used for sabotage after a Soviet invasion. Instead it was used in massacres across mainland Europe as part of a CIA Strategy of Tension. Gladio killing sprees in Belgium and Italy were carried out for the purpose of frightening the national political classes into adopting U.S. policies.
GHENT, Belgium (AP) — An American teenager wounded in the Brussels Airport attack is lucky to be alive. And he knows it. Mason Wells, his face covered in bandages, was in a hospital in the Belgian city of Ghent on Friday, where he told The Associated Press about surviving his second terror attack. Three years ago, the 19-year-old from Sandy, Utah, was just a block away from the pressure-cooker bomb that exploded while he was watching his mother run the Boston Marathon.
“I don’t know if I was born under a lucky star,” he said. “I was definitely fortunate to have escaped with the injuries that I’ve escaped with at the airport, being very close to the bombs.” Wells, who is on a two-year Mormon mission to Belgium, talked to reporters via a video link from his hospital room, where he lay with a pillow propped behind his head and a light blue towel wrapped around his shoulders.

(COMMONDREAMS) Just one day after the coordinated attacks in Brussels, the resounding cry from governments, media, and national security experts is that we need less freedoms and more security.
As they did in the wake of the Paris attacks, countries across the continent rushed to tighten border security in the immediate aftermath of Tuesday’s bombings, which killed at least 34 people, striking the airport and a metro station.
Earlier today, Belgian prosecutors held a press conference at which officials detailed the latest developments in the search for the third suspect seen in CCTV footage shot just before two suicide bombers detonated suitcases in front of a Starbucks in Brussels airport on Tuesday.
The man police are frantically searching for is almost certainly bomb maker Najim Laachraoui, who has emerged as a key figure in the Belgium cell once commanded by Paris ringleader Abdelhamid Abaaoud. Laachraoui was identified on Friday after police captured Salah Abdeslam in Molenbeek following a firefight. Authorities are understandably concerned about the fact that an explosives expert is on the loose in Brussels where he presumably has contacts to still more members of the sleeper cell (which isn’t so “sleepy” anymore).
The multiple bomb blasts in Brussels are as purposeful as those terrorist attacks carried out in Paris last November.
They have been implemented by the very same group of rogue intelligence agencies and secret services to include the CIA, MI6, MOSSAD and DGSE (French SS) on behalf of their NWO masters.
Brussels is now ground zero in Europe as it was repeatedly warned by the MSM during the aftermath of the Paris terror attacks that were staged on 11/13.
Science, Technology and Space Minister Ofir Akunis drew a connection on Tuesday between the deadly attacks in Brussels and Europe’s frequent condemnations of Israeli policies, which he suggested diverted attention away from cracking down on Islamist terrorist cells growing in its midst.
In a post on his Facebook page, Akunis, of the Likud party, sends condolences to Belgium and wishes the wounded a speedy recovery. He then writes how “many in Europe have preferred to deal foolishly with condemning Israel, labeling (settlement) products and boycotts.”
Moments after ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks in Belgium that killed dozens on Tuesday morning at the Brussels airport and Maelbeek metro station, we get our first look at three individuals who may be suspects.
Energy utility Electrabel is evacuating Belgium’s two nuclear power plants in the wake of Tuesday’s terrorist attacks in Brussels.
Doel, made up of four reactors, and Tihange, with three are closed and all vehicles coming and going are subject to checks. “Employees who are not needed to run the two power plants are now leaving the sites,” Politico EU reports, adding that the “military arrived at the Tihange plant on Friday.”
“Surveillance is stepped up with added security measures at nuclear plants,” Belga says. “Vehicles are being checked with police and army on site.”
As AFP reminds us, “in February, investigators probing the Paris attacks found video footage of a senior Belgian nuclear official at the property of a key suspect.” That footage was discovered “as part of seizures made following the Paris attacks”, Belgian prosecutors said last month, while declining to divulge the individual’s identity “for obvious security reasons”.
The plant is around 50 miles from Brussels Airport.
“Islamic State fighters opened fire inside Zaventem Airport, before several of them detonated their explosive belts, as a martyrdom bomber detonated his explosive belt in the Maalbeek metro station. The attacks resulted in more than 230 dead and wounded.”
Update: The latest reports indicate 38 dead, over 212 injured, 3 explosions: 1 bomb at the metro and 2 suicide bombers at the Brussels Airport; the country remains on high alert.
Update: Police found a Kalashnikov next to one of the dead attackers at the Brussels airport.
Update: Belgian media have reported a fourth explosion apparently at Rue De La Loi. It may be a controlled detonation. Police are also evacuating Royal Park.
Update: The Belgian army will deploy 275 more troops to Brussels as the city will once again come to resemble a war zone.
Update: Reports indicate the death toll from the twin airport blasts sits at 13 while casualties in the metro number 20. Cell phone networks are congested and authorities are encouraging Belgians to use messaging apps and social media to contact friends and family.
Obviously, officials believe there could be a connection to networks cultivated by Paris suspect Salah Abdeslam who was captured in a Molenbeek anti-terror raid last week. On theory says that cells connected to Abdeslam might have pulled forward plans to bomb soft targets fearing more raids were imminent.
* * *Just four months after the tragic attacks in Paris, Europe was once again the epicenter of a terrorist mass murder, when several deadly explosions this morning rocked Brussels, first hitting the international airport and then a metro station near the European Union institutions, resulting in dozens of casualties and over a hundred wounded in what Belgian authorities moments ago labeled as terrorist attacks.
17/02/2016 – BRUSSELS, Belgium – ISIS members arrested
Raids in the now infamous Molenbeek suburb and the municipalities of Koekelberg, Schaerbeek and Ettersberg led to ten arrests of Islamic State recruiters. Of those arrested, seven were subsequently released, reports NTV.
Two recent migrants are among seven males arrested in Ostend for the gang rape of an unconscious 17 year old Belgian girl. The rape took place in November, but has only now come to light thanks to the chance discovery of a video of the attack on the mobile phone of one of the group, a 14 year old boy.
The boy, who attends the Ostend Technical Institute, was being investigated for possible radicalisation after he showed classmates pictures of himself on Facebook wearing military gear and holding a sub-machine gun, De Morgen has reported.
The Belgian police seized his mobile phone as part of the investigation whereupon they found footage of the boy and six others, the oldest aged 25, dancing, laughing and singing in Arabic around their victim who was lying passed out. The men then pulled down her underwear, pushed her legs apart, and groped and raped her.
Of the seven males arrested, two are Belgians and five are Iraqi immigrants. Two are understood to have only recently arrived in the country to claim asylum.
