Obama Won’t Give Up His Guns … Why Should You? (Video)

School Obama’s Daughters Attend Had 11 Armed Guards (Ammoland, Dec 24, 2012):

Washington DC Some interesting news has broken in the wake of the latest push for gun control by President Obama and Senate Democrats: Obama sends his kids to a school where armed guards are used as a matter of fact.

The school, Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, has 11 security officers and is seeking to hire a new police officer as we speak.

If you dismiss this by saying, “Of course they have armed guards — they get Secret Service protection,” then you’ve missed the larger point.

The larger point is that this is standard operating procedure for the school, period. And this is the reason people like NBC’s David Gregory send their kids to Sidwell, they know their kids will be protected from the carnage that befell kids at a school where armed guards weren’t used (and weren’t even allowed).

Shame on President Obama for seeking more gun control and for trying to prevent the parents of other school children from doing what he has clearly done for his own. His children sit under the protection guns afford, while the children of regular Americans are sacrificed.

Dr. Webster Tarpley: The Second Great Depression Deepening Across The Globe

This is the Greatest Depression.

The second great depression deepening across the globe (PressTV, Dec 24, 2012):

In Charles Dickens’ celebrated short story A Christmas Carol (1843), the Malthusian miser and London stock exchange speculator Ebenezer Scrooge is told by the ghost of his deceased partner Jacob Marley that “it is required of every man that the spirit within him should walk abroad among his fellow men, and traveled far and wide” for the purpose of doing good works of charity and thus alleviating human suffering.

In this spirit, let us briefly examine the economic condition of humanity at the close of 2012.

“You have absolutely no coherent argument. You don’t actually give a damn about the gun murder rate in America.”

CA Lawmakers Take Aim At Guns

CA lawmakers take aim at guns (CalWatchDog, Dec 24, 2012):

SACRAMENTO – It took only days before California’s legislators reacted to the horrific Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy with a fusillade of bills designed to take California closer to Democratic leaders’ unstated but obvious goal: making it essentially illegal for Californians to own firearms.

I write “essentially” because the strategy isn’t to ban guns outright, but to mire ownership in so many layers of regulation that owning a gun becomes even more frustrating and costly than operating a business in this state. Legislators aren’t stupid. Direct assaults on gun ownership generate pushback, but killing this constitutional right through a thousand cuts is less confrontational.

It’s Not a “Fiscal Cliff” … It’s the Descent Into Lawlessness

It’s Not a “Fiscal Cliff” … It’s the Descent Into Lawlessness (Washington’s Blog, Dec 22, 2012):

It’s Not a Tax or Spending Problem … It’s a Devolution Into Lawlessness

The “fiscal cliff” is a myth.

Instead, what we are facing is a descent into lawlessness.

Wikipedia notes:

In many situations, austerity programs are imposed on countries that were previously under dictatorial regimes, leading to criticism that populations are forced to repay the debts of their oppressors.

Indeed, the IMF has already performed a complete audit of the whole US financial system, something which they have only previously done to broke third world nations.

‘Christmas Present’: U.S. Senate Votes $631 Billion Military Budget

“Christmas Present”: U.S. Senate Votes $631 Billion Military Budget (Global Research, Dec 23, 2012):

The US Senate has unanimously approved a $631bln defense budget for 2013. The draft budget has evoked no objections from the White House. As he ran for president four years ago, Barack Obama promised to cut defense programs and put an end to the arms race which drained the US economy. The Obama administration has failed to stabilize the economy.

The country’s state debt is growing at a fast rate. And judging by the newly approved 2013 budget, Washington has no intention of ending the arms race. At present, the US military expenditure exceeds combined military spending of all other countries.

Experts attribute the current difficulties experienced by the US economy to the fact that it cracked under the burden of military spending, which proved too heavy for it, if not outright intolerable. According to the US Treasury Department, the unprecedented $17 trillion debt will increase to $19 trillion in the foreseeable future and exceed 100% of the country’s current GDP. On top of that, Boston University Professor Laurence Kotlikoff has established that the US budget deficit is larger than that officially reported, amounting to a whopping $200 trillion.

Agenda 21 Is Being Rammed Down The Throats Of Local Communities All Over America

Agenda 21 Is Being Rammed Down The Throats Of Local Communities All Over America (Economic Collapse, Dec 23, 2012):

Have you ever heard of Agenda 21?  If not, don’t feel bad, because most Americans haven’t.  It is essentially a blueprint for a “sustainable world” that was introduced at the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1992.  Since then, it has been adopted by more than 200 counties and it has been modified and updated at other UN environmental summits.  The philosophy behind Agenda 21 is that our environmental problems are the number one problem that we are facing, and that those problems are being caused by human activity.  Therefore, according to Agenda 21 human activity needs to be tightly monitored, regulated and controlled for the greater good.  Individual liberties and freedoms must be sacrificed for the good of the planet.  If you are thinking that this sounds like it is exactly the opposite of what our founding fathers intended when they established this nation, you would be on the right track.  Those that promote the philosophy underlying Agenda 21 believe that human activity must be “managed” and that letting people make their own decisions is “destructive” and “dangerous”.  Sadly, the principles behind Agenda 21 are being rammed down the throats of local communities all over America, and most of the people living in those communities don’t even realize it.

US And Russia Back Bid To Find End to Syrian war

US and Russia back bid to find end to Syrian war (Telegraph, Dec 22, 2012):

The United States and Russia have backed a final bid to find a political solution to Syria’s civil war, as Moscow said it was prepared to accept President Bashar al-Assad’s departure.

Lakhdar Brahimi, the United nations special envoy to Syria, is reportedly planning to fly from Cairo to Damascus to present a deal to the Syrian president.

The plan would create a transitional government made up of regime and opposition figures, according to diplomatic sources.

It would require Mr Assad to hand over power quickly and he would be encouraged to accept an orderly exile. He has said he wants to keep his post, which his family has held for four decades, until 2014.

UK: Christmas Food Handouts Double

Christmas food handouts double as millions face ‘financial precipice’ (Guardian, Dec 22, 2012):

The number of people who will turn to food banks for sustenance is expected to double this Christmas, as a new report warns that millions more families face a financial “precipice” due to high personal debts, flatlining wages and future interest rate rises.

With three new food banks opening every week in the UK, the charity that oversees Britain’s 292 emergency outlets, the Trussell Trust, says it expects to feed 15,000 people over the Christmas fortnight alone, almost double the number last Christmas.

BREAKING NEWS: NDAA Indefinite Detention Provision Mysteriously Stripped From Bill

‘Abomination’: Rand Paul slams NDAA as bill passes US Senate (RT, Dec 22, 2012):

The controversial NDAA bill, which allows for the indefinite detention of US citizens, was approved by the Senate despite White House threats to veto the legislation. Republican Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) has decried the law as an “abomination.”

The libertarian Republican voiced his concerns to a conference committee following the decision to give the present version of National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) the go-ahead. Paul cited the committee’s decision to scrap an amendment that would have prohibited the indefinite detention of US citizens suspected of terrorist activities.

“It’s [the amendment] been removed because they want the ability to hold American citizens without trial in our country. This is so fundamentally wrong and goes against everything we stand for as a country that it can’t go unnoticed,” Paul told the committee. He went on to condemn the bill as an “abomination” that deprives US citizens of the right to a fair trial.

“When you’re accused of a crime in our country you get a trial, you get a trial by a jury of your peers, no matter how heinous your crime is, no matter how awful you are, we give you a trial,” he said.

FDA: Genetically Modified Salmon Not A Threat To Nature

Natural News’ Mike Adams: Prozac 94% Fluoride! Nazi’s Favorate Drug!

AquaAdvantage Genetically Modified Salmon Not A Threat To Nature, FDA Says (Huffington Post, Dec 22, 2012):

WASHINGTON — Federal health regulators say a genetically modified salmon that grows twice as fast as normal is unlikely to harm the environment, clearing the way for the first approval of a scientifically engineered animal for human consumption.

The Food and Drug Administration on Friday released its environmental assessment of the AquaAdvantage salmon, a faster-growing fish which has been subject to a contentious, yearslong debate at the agency. The document concludes that the fish “will not have any significant impacts on the quality of the human environment of the United States.” Regulators also said that the fish is unlikely to harm populations of natural salmon, a key concern for environmental activists.

MOSCOW, December 22 (RIA Novosti) – The Syrian armed forces have effective air-defense systems that can fend off massive airstrikes against the country, a senior Russian military official said on Saturday.

Sandy Hook: WHO WERE THE OTHER SHOOTERS? (Veterans Today)

4TH SUSPECT BEING OUT OF ONE, ENHANCED FRAME FROM HELICOPER FOOTAGE, SANDY HOOK

WHO WERE THE OTHER SHOOTERS? (Veterans Today, Dec 23, 2012):

Firstly a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone, even Thames Valley Police, Britain’s answer to the dumbass Chief Lorenzo in Die Hard 2.  Seasons Greetings go in particular to the people of Newtown, Connecticut, still reeling from the Sandy Hook shooting.

Nicole Hockley, the mother of the British victim, Dylan Hockley, aged just 6, has pleaded that “this cannot be a pointless tragedy.”  Sadly it will be if the mistakes of Virginia Tech, Oslo and Aurora are repeated.  Each of those was orchestrated by a hostile intelligence agency – North Korea’s Research Department for External Intelligence (RDEI) in Virginia, Germany’s DVD in the case of Oslo and Germany’s COREA Group (the DVD’s penetration operation inside CIA, based at Frankfurt) in the case of Aurora.

Like Oslo, Sandy Hook involved multiple shooters.  The mainstream media calls for gun control are a mindless, knee-jerk reaction.  Since a hostile intelligence agency was clearly involved how would gun control affect matters?  Firstly, if the guns could not be acquired lawfully they would be supplied.  Secondly, we do not know whether all the weapons used so outrageously at Sandy Hook were legally acquired.  It is highly probable that most were not.

The Astonishing Ron Paul

The Astonishing Ron Paul (Lew Rockwell, Dec 21, 2012):

As 2012 draws to a close, it’s hard not to be reminded that 2013 will begin with Ron Paul retired from Congress. For all those years he was a fearless truth-teller, who exposed and denounced the horrors, domestic or foreign, of the regime. His farewell address – something practically unheard of for a congressman in the first place – will continue to be read years from now, as future Americans look back with astonishment that such a man actually served in the US Congress. For most of his career, those speeches were delivered to a largely empty chamber and to audiences of modest size around the country. A man of Ron’s intelligence could have grown in stature and influence in no time at all had he been willing to play the game. He wasn’t. And he was perfectly at peace with the result: although he wasn’t a major political celebrity, he had done his moral duty.

Little did he know that those thankless years of pointing out the State’s lies and refusing to be absorbed into the Blob would in fact make him a hero one day. To see Ron speaking to many thousands of cheering kids, when all the while respectable opinion had been warning them to stay far away from this dangerous man, is more gratifying and encouraging than I can say. I was especially thrilled when a tempestuous Ron, responding to the Establishment’s description of his campaign as “dangerous,” said, you’re darn right – I am dangerous, to them.
