Sorry to be so cynical but it strikes me as a) conveniently timely b) will stir up racial hatred, accelerating the coming Civil War c) smells to me of a highly likely MKULTRA event where the perp has no idea what he did (Sirhan Sirhan, Mark Chapman et al) d) Fits in well with the Deep State agenda of creating a situation needing action…The HAGELIAN DIALECT…Problem, Reaction, Solution for which the Authorities will bring in Martial Law.
