    This problem, the centralisation of power, first through Brussels then through the Capitals, is becoming unacceptable to the serfs.
    They want real power reflected locally.
    Nothing Rajoy does will pacify that. The EU dream has failed the people, now it is becoming a nightmare for the power crazy bureaucrats like Juncker & Draghi.
