The American Congress’ bill to impose new sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea is “horrendous” because it is the United States that is threatening national security of other nations not those three countries, says Stephen Lendman.
“Russia threatens nobody, Iran threatens nobody, North Korea threatens nobody [but] America threatens everybody,” the author and journalist told Press TV on Sunday.
US Republicans and Democrats have agreed to impose new sanctions against Russia and Iran as well as North Korea. The House of Representatives will vote Tuesday on a package of sanctions covering Iran, North Korea and Russia.
