BOM Australia forecast in 2008 that there will be a drought that will never end in our lifetime, a mega drought that is the new normal system and Australia had better hurry and build desalinization plants, but record rains across the outback, Western Australia and Northern Territories, make it apparent that leadership of the BOM needs to be changes if their forecasts are so inconsistently incorrect for over a decade.
