Aspartame now being marketed as natural sweetener, name changed to ‘AminoSweet’

Aspartame now being marketed as natural sweetener, name changed to ‘AminoSweet’:

The world’s most toxic artificial sweetener is undergoing a major identity overhaul in an effort by its manufacturer to cover up the chemical’s sordid history, as well as to keep people buying it. “AminoSweet,” in case you see it on food labels, is really just plain-old aspartame, the same synthetic sweetening agent that’s repeatedly been linked to causing seizures and organ damage, among other physical harm.

Since its initial discovery in 1965 by G.D. Searle Pharmaceuticals, aspartame has been the subject of considerable and unrelenting controversy. Even way back then, scientists knew without a shadow of a doubt that aspartame wasn’t exactly safe for human consumption. But because it was sweet and non-caloric, it meant dollar signs in the eyes of company CEOs who recognized that marketing it as an alternative to sugar could be immensely profitable.

Massachusetts Cop Married to Police Chief Rapes Inmate in Closet

Massachusetts Cop Married to Police Chief Rapes Inmate in Closet:

What happens in the closet stays in the closet, right?

At least that’s what a Massachusetts cop was hoping for when he forced a drunk, naked inmate into a closet and performed oral sex on him before raping him on Halloween night.

Salem police officer Brian Butler, 56, said he simply “gave into temptation.” And insists the sex act between him and the 28-year-old man was consensual.

Considering he is married to the department’s police chief, he should be protected, right?

Except there’s video.

Chicago Cop Kills Teen Claiming Teen Pulled Gun on Him, but no Gun has been Found

Chicago Cop Kills Teen Claiming Teen Pulled Gun on Him, but no Gun has been Found:

A Chicago cop said he was in fear for his life when he shot and killed a 19-year-old man Wednesday, claiming the man twice pointed a gun at him as he was running away.

But no gun has been recovered as of Friday.

And the Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed that Kajuan Raye was shot in the back as well as multiple times in the stomach.

Police say the sergeant, whose name has not been released, was responding to a “battery in progress”when he spotted Raye, who matched the description of the suspect committing the battery, which indicates there was no victim or battery taking place when he confronted the teen.

Raye then took off running, prompting a foot chase, wihch ended when the cop pulled out his gun and shot him dead.

According to ABC 7:

H/t reader squodgy:

“Thunderstorm Asthma?

You just can’t make this up.

The very latest Sars/Ebola/Birdflu/AIDS set up that they have created to put total fear into poor old Joe.”

Bio Warfare? “Like 150 Bombs Going Off”: 6 Dead and 8500 Hospitalized in Australia Due to “Rare Thunderstorm Asthma”:

The official story on this just sounds totally made up.

More than 8,500 people were hospitalized last week and six have now died in Australia due to what is being reported as a rare phenomenon known as “thunderstorm asthma”.

(I told you it sounds totally made up.)

Right now if you search for this story on Google News Australia, there isn’t a peep about it in the top news. You have to type in the word “asthma”.

Then it’s like a horror show.

Greece Is Not India? Hellenic Banks Plan “Tax On Cash Withdrawals” To Combat Black Economy

Greece Is Not India? Hellenic Banks Plan “Tax On Cash Withdrawals” To Combat Black Economy:

Greek banks have proposed a series of measures to combat tax evasion, strengthen the electronic transactions and limit the use of cash in the economy, and as KeepTalkingGreece.com reports, one of the measures proposed is a special tax on cash withdrawals.

Bankers reportedly stress that cash money can easily and largely be channeled in the black economy. Therefore, a tax on cash withdrawals will drastically reduce cash transactions and by extension the black economy.

Aussie Media Push Globalists’ “Cash Is For Criminals” Narrative

Aussie Media Push Globalists’ “Cash Is For Criminals” Narrative:

“We are entering a very dark phase in this battle to retain our liberty,” warns Armstrong Economics’ Martin Armstrong, adding that “this is the most dangerous period we are heading into for governments will respond only to their own self-interest to survive.”

20161128_warcash

The war on cash is in full swing.

First we saw India’s Modi demonetize bank-notes in the interest of fighting corruption and tax avoidance in the black economy… later admitting that this will eventually lead to a cashless society.

Then we hear of a proposal now being whispered behind the curtain in Europe is to impose a tax on withdrawing your own money from an ATM. The banks support this measure as a whole because they see this as preventing bank runs.

And now the whispers behind the curtain are starting to get louder.

The Hyperinflationary Endgame: Venezuela Currency Crashes 15% In One Day

The Hyperinflationary Endgame: Venezuela Currency Crashes 15% In One Day:

Just last week we were amazed to report that the Venezuela currency, the Bolivar, had crashed below 2,000 for the first time ever, losing 50% of its value in just two months as the Venezuela hyperinflation had entered its terminal phase.

As of this morning, the DolarToday.com website, maintained by a person the WSJ dubbed “Public Enemy No. 1 of Venezuela’s revolutionary government, Gustavo Díaz, a Home Depot Inc. employee in central Alabama” reports that having crossed the psychological 2,000 level just one week ago, the Bolivar has just plunged to a new all time low of 3,480.22 on the black market, dropping by 15% from its latest print of 2,972 reported on Friday of last week, and has lost 60% in its value just in the past month.

So for anyone still curious what hyperinflation in real time looks like, here is the visual answer.

India’s Modi Admits Plan Shifting Nation To “Cashless Society”

India’s Modi Admits Plan Shifting Nation To “Cashless Society”:

Well who could have seen this coming? Just as we noted, the slippery slope towards full government control in a cash-less society is where Indian PM Modi is heading following his chaos-creating demonetization efforts of the last two weeks. While massive opposition protests are planned tomorrow, Modi remains indignant, as Reuters reports, “we can gradually move from a less-cash society to a cashless society…this is the chance for you to enter the digital world.”

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday urged the nation’s small traders and daily wage earners to embrace digital payment channels, as a cash crunch following the government’s surprise ban on high-value bank notes drags on.

Antarctic sea ice strangely the same as 100 years ago when Ford Model T was around

Antarctic sea ice strangely the same as 100 years ago when Ford Model T was around:

A hundred years of cars, planes, wars, and five billion more polluting people, and there’s nothing to show for it. Old log books kept by Scott and Shackleton show that Antarctic sea ice hasn’t changed much since 1912. Right now, at least three ecowarriors are rejoicing that perhaps there is a future for penguins after all.

Scott and Shackleton logbooks prove Antarctic sea ice is not shrinking 100 years after expeditions

“The missions of Scott and Shackleton are remembered in history as heroic failures, yet the data collected by these and other explorers could profoundly change the way we view the ebb and flow of Antarctic sea ice,” said Dr Jonathan Day, who led the study, which was published in the journal The Cryosphere.

Stuttgart, Germany: Migrants Committing More Than “180 Rapes, Assaults And Robberies Against Women And Children” In Refugee Centers, Unreported Cases Are “Significantly Larger”

Germany: Muslim migrants committing numerous rapes and assaults of women in and around refugee centers:

In and around Stuttgart alone there were 105 rapes, assaults and robberies of women and 77 against children in the refugee centres, but the local government admits that the number of unreported cases is “significantly larger”.

This should be a cause for grave concern to all Westerners, as to the kinds of men we continue to let swarm into our nations: men who even move beyond the refugee centers to continue their assaults on Western women.

Part of the problem is the inability of men to accept the freedom accorded to their wives, daughters and siblings in the west.

Defense Department Launches Probe Of Petraeus Sex Scandal Leaks

“The Defense Department has launched a leaks investigation related to the sex scandal that led to the resignation of former CIA Director David Petraeus, The AP confirmed Monday, the same day Petraeus was meeting with President-elect Donald Trump in New York.”

Defense Department Launches Probe Of Petraeus Sex Scandal Leaks:

As reported earlier today, in what may be a tiebreaker option for Secretary of State in Trump’s administration with both Romney and Giuliani seemingly unable to get enough internal support to make it over the hurdle, the president elect met with David Petraeus, a former U.S. military commander in Iraq whose sharing of classified information with his biographer mistress, led to his resignation as CIA chief in 2012, to evaluate him for the top diplomatic position in the US government.

Petraeus said after meeting Trump that the New York businessman “basically walked us around the world” in their discussion. “He showed a great grasp of the variety of challenges that are out there and some of the opportunities as well,” Petraeus told reporters.

Trump’s initial response appeared favorable:  “Just met with General Petraeus–was very impressed!” Trump tweeted shortly after the meeting which lasted one hour at Trump Tower in Manhattan.

David Petraeus To Meet With Trump As Possible Secretary Of State Pick

David Petraeus To Meet With Trump As Possible Secretary Of State Pick:

Confirming media rumors that in addition to the ongoing battle between Romney and Giulianni for the position of Secretary of State, which had led to media fallout implicating Trump media aide Kellyanne Conway who allegedly “went rogue” by bashing Romney on Twitter and on the TV circuit over the weekend, Bloomberg reports that Trump is set to meet with General David Petraeus, whom he is now considering for the position of secretary of state.

As a reminder, the four-star general left government under a cloud for sharing classified documents during an extramarital affair. He is set to meet Trump “amid infighting among Trump’s advisers about who to pick for the post” in what may be yet another media distraction as the public response against Petraeus may be just as powerful as that against Romney. As a reminder, Kellyanne Conwaysaid Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that she is “just astonished at the breathtaking volume and intensity of blow-back that I see” toward the possibility of Romney serving as the nation’s top diplomat.

Wikileaks Releases Half A Million Diplomatic Cables From “Year Zero” Of The Modern Era

Wikileaks Releases Half A Million Diplomatic Cables From “Year Zero” Of The Modern Era:

Coming on the sixth year anniversary of the infamous “Cablegate”, when on this day in 2010 Wikileaks made global headlines when it unveiled classified cables sent to the US State Department, revealing assessments of countries and details of eavesdropping, this morning WikiLeaks released more than half a million US diplomatic cables from 1979, covering various diplomatic events and incidents such as the Iranian revolution, Osama bin Ladin’s departure of his native Saudi Arabia for Pakistan to support the Mujahideen, the siege of Mecca, Saddam Hussein becoming president of Iraq and much more.

Consisting of 531,525 cables, the latest batch is also known as “Carter Cables III.”

In a statement on the Wikileaks website, Julian Assange, rumors of whose death or disappearance seems greater exaggerated, writes that “If any year could be said to be the ‘year zero’ of our modern era, 1979 is it. In the Middle East, the Iranian revolution, the Saudi Islamic uprising and the Egypt-Israel Camp David Accords led not only to the present regional power dynamic but decisively changed the relationship between oil, militant Islam and the world.”

He adds that “in 1979 it seemed as if the blood would never stop. Dozens of countries saw assassinations, coups, revolts, bombings, political kidnappings and wars of liberation.” In addition to the middle east, other notable events to take place during the year cited by Assange include the election of Margaret Thatcher as British PM and the Three Mile Island nuclear incident.

Trump Tweets: “Millions” Voted Illegaly For Hillary Clinton

Trump Tweets: “Millions” Voted Illegaly For Hillary Clinton:

In what is either Trump’s latest trolling of the already neurotic media, or just his conversion to “conspiracy theorism” much to the delight of Russian propaganda, “fake news”-spotting anonymous groups everywhere, moments ago the President-elect tweeted that he would have won the popular vote if “millions of illegal votes” were discounted.

“In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally,” Trump wrote on Twitter.

The statement, the latest in a series of 12 consecutive tweets provoked by Jill Stein’s campaign for a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania may ironically help Stein’s cause should Trump’s tweet be seen as “confirmation” of illegal voting during the presidential election, albeit in the other direction…  although by now the entire narrative is so absurd and surreal, not even Salvador Dali would dare touch it.

As reported earlier, the man behind today’s gruesome attack at Ohio State University, in which he plowed a car into a crowd of people on campus and subsequently attacked bystanders with a butcher’s knife, and which some suggested was inspired by recent ISIS propaganda, was identified as 19 year old naturalized Somali Refugee Abdul Razak Ali Artan.

OSU cameras caught Artan driving his car onto university property prior the attack; they confirm that he was in the car alone and that he carried out the attack by himself.

Wealthy Fashion Designers Refuse Service To Melania Trump

FYI.

Wealthy Fashion Designers Refuse Service To Melania Trump:

Submitted by Caleb Verbois via The Mises Institute,

People magazine recently reported news that a number of prominent fashion designers have refused to work with Melania Trump because they do not approve of her, or more likely, her husband’s politics and language. Given Donald Trump’s often offensive way of speaking about, well, almost everything, that is understandable. Thus, they conclude, if you design and make clothes for Melania Trump, especially the outfit she will wear to the inauguration, you are, in some small way, endorsing Donald Trump and all he stands for. So designers like Sophie Theallet have decided that because they “stand against all discrimination and prejudice,” they cannot work for Melania.

20161128_melania_0

This all seems rather ironic. How can progressive fashion designers like Sophie Theallet refuse to serve anyone? In recent years it’s become first unreasonable, then politically incorrect, and lately illegal for some people to refuse service. Not fashion designers of course. They are above that. No, I’m thinking about bakers and photographers, who, because of their religious beliefs, have politely but firmly declined to provide service for gay weddings. Note that they have not declined service to homosexuals. They have just made it clear that they cannot morally provide a wedding cake or floral arrangements for a homosexual wedding, because it goes against their religious principles.
