There’s a campaign trying to get farmers to stop spraying wheat with Round-up, but the other stuff in wheat is upsetting, as is the fact they actually bleach the flour to make white bread.
I’ve virtually given it up after I started getting acid, which I assumed was a reaction to gluten.
