Having recently noted The Kingdom’s new king’s decrees promising to support the poor and needy with more and more handouts (and to halt the rise of inequality), it is interestingly coincidental that, as The BBC reports, the US embassy in the Saudi capital Riyadh has cancelled all consular services for Sunday and Monday due to “heightened security concerns,” and consular services in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dhahran would not be available.   1. The Saudis are not happy with the price of oil. They were perfectly happy taking it out of our hides for the last 30+ years……..now, that we are awash in oil, they are probably taking out on our representatives.
    Special interests need to take a back seat to national interests. Now, that we have oil, it is time to get alternative powered vehicles on the road.
