Without watching the videos, I can only describe my own impressions. The first beheading was so obviously the one from the OBL days, even the idiots in their head covers were the same………
The next time they showed it, they had cleaned up the resolution of the pictures.
Fear mongering has gotten so old, played every week, that like the Boy who Called Wolf…….most never listen any longer.
Should we ever have a true emergency, nobody will show up for it.
I have watched Putin’s rise in the last four years, so quiet, so mindful, steps so careful and soft, nobody (but a few of us who were watching carefully) saw him coming. His move to the public eye surprised me at first until I realized he was very careful to say nothing until he had enough people in his corner. Every step he made, every choice was made as one man, not by a gaggle of fools.
Putin is living proof why history is made by men, not corporate committees, such as we have in the west.
Putin conquered the west, not by guns or intimidation, but with financial steps.
33% of the world economy still uses the dollar, down from 100% less than four years ago. 67% of the world has dumped the dollar.
Some of the nations who have dumped the dollar are: Russia, China, India, Japan, Brazil, and much of South and Central America, and South Africa, along with most emerging economies in Africa. Turkey, Iran and other middle eastern nations are moving more funds into Putin’s basket of currencies. Switzerland joined BRICS about two months ago, Australia and New Zealand dumped the dollar two years ago………there are more, but this is what I remember off the top of my head.
The US abused their status as a world reserve currency. Iraq and Libya tried to get the world to return to gold as the world reserve currency………and we saw what happened to them.
Hugo Chavez headed up a tiny organization called the South American Trade Alliance made up of 12 little countries, including Cuba. Their GDP was so small, their activities flew under US radar. Chavez introduced the first electronic currency, the Sucre. Member nations could trade with each other using their own currencies, leaving the dollar out. The Sucre translated the value of each currency at the time of transaction, making the need for any world reserve currency obsolete.
Russia and China watched intently. Putin took that model, and set up a very similar system along with China, and set up a system to serve the entire world. They started trading with each other using their own currencies, leaving the dollar out. China went on to recruit much of the world, the entire globe despises the US, and all nations want freedom from US financial domination.
In less than four years, Putin has managed to isolate the US and EU financially from the rest of the world economy. Most other nations are making money, trading with each other. Russia repaid $53 billion in debt in the last quarter…….while the US and EU slid more deeply into debt.
The winner isn’t the fear mongers.
