  1. Insanity. Poor planning, no rain. No planning, no cutbacks suggested.
    I sent a list to the association where I live suggesting ways to save water. They said thank you, and published none of it……..idiots never realize it until it happens.
    When I was a child in Calistoga, CA. there were terrible forest fires. I want to the water tap, turned it on, and we had no water. I will never forget what that was like, and I wish people would pay attention and listen…….mindless fools.
    We live with a century old power grid, same with water systems….all well over a century old. No money to fix any of it, it all goes to greedy guts on Wall Street and war contractors……

    There is a typhoon heading for Tokyo. Will this affect Fukushima?
