Despite all the words – and equity market rallies (confirming that it must be true) – it would appear Mr. Putin and his men have been quietly “not” preparing for all-out war (which makes us wonder, aside from the ICBMs, just what it would look like if they were actually preparing for war). Yep a sure sign that Russia is not preparing for nuclear war……hang on ……I’ve been in 3 such NATO exercises this year alone!?…massive expansion and investment in CBRN equipment/training (largely ignored throughout Iraq/Afghan(no real Cbrn threat)’re-orgs of NATO defense CBRN wings and much much more
So obviously there’s no one preparing for it
