  1. As a weapon solely for the carpet bombing of backward countries without anti aircraft protection systems this 60 year old crate is as good as any other and has a payload better than most, except it has already been updated umpteen times with new airframes, new improved quieter and more economical engines, avionics etc, but it is still a BIG target
The logic here can only be for the utilisation of more efficient delivery systems of cruise missiles and perhaps drones.
In which case it is being upgraded as a control platform.
Now that is something worth worrying about.
Aerial superiority is the ultimate weapon of control.
    Just ask John Connor.

  2. Considering the money these bastards have grabbed for military costs, these planes ought to be perfect, not old crates in need of updating. Where did the money go?
Where is it? Considering what they spend, they ought to have better than this……….somebody is lying again.
