Italian Families’ Spent 11% Less On Christmas Gifts In 2013

NATALE, DIMMI COME FAI I REGALI E TI DIRÒ CHI SEI

Italian Families’ Spent 11% Less On Christmas Gifts In 2013 (ZeroHedge, Dec 26, 2013):

According to pundits, 2012 was the worst year for the Eurozone’s peripheral economies, only worse than the just as tumultuous 2011, while 2013 was – if only listens to Europe’s propaganda masters – a year of recovery thanks to the ECB’s “whatever it takes” mentality. Which fails to explain why families in recession-battered Italy spent 11.4% less on gifts this Christmas than last year and one in five households did without presents completely, according to the consumers’ group Federconsumatori estimated on Thursday.

National ID Law Takes Effect In 2014, 21 States Compliant (Video) (Before It’s News, Dec 26, 2013):

The REAL ID Act’s enforcement will start next year, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced today. The enforcement steps will begin in April 2014 within restricted areas of the DHS headquarters, followed by a phased approach, with substantial enforcement in 2016. The 2005 REAL ID Act prohibits the federal government from accepting driver’s licenses and ID cards that do not meet minimum security standards set by DHS, no later than May 2017. The minimum standards require that driver’s license security features be routinely upgraded to be counterfeit resistant and require applicants to provide documentary proofs confirm true identity.

Japanese PM Revives Militarist Traditions

FYI.

Japanese PM revives militarist traditions (WSWS, Dec 27, 2013):

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s visit yesterday to the notorious Yasukuni Shrine to the country’s war dead is another provocative step towards the revival of Japanese militarism that has exacerbated already sharp regional tensions. China and South Korea, which were both subject to Japan’s brutal wartime rule, immediately condemned the visit—the first by an incumbent prime minister since Junichiro Koizumi went to the shrine in 2006.

The Yasukuni Shrine is not simply a war memorial, but a potent symbol of Japanese militarism in the 1930s and 1940s. It symbolically interns many of Japan’s war dead, including 14 “Class A” war criminals convicted by an Allied tribunal. In its incendiary character, Abe’s visit to Yasukuni is comparable to a government leader in Germany deciding to pay homage at the graves of Nazi leaders.

Thyroid Cancers Surge Among Fukushima Youths

Thyroid Cancers Surge Among Fukushima Youths (ZeroHedge, Dec 23, 2013):

It seems US sailors aren’t the only ones who three short years after the Fukushima disaster are being stricken by cancers and other radiation-induced diseases. For once, the media blackout surrounding the Japanese nuclear power plant tragedy appears to have crumbled, and at least a portion of the truth has been revealed. Hong Kong’s SCMP reports that fifty-nine young people in Fukushima prefecture have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having thyroid cancer. Notably, all of newly diagnosed were younger than 18 at the time of the nuclear meltdown in the area in March 2011. They were identified in tests by the prefectural government, which covered 239,000 people by the end of September.

How Debtors’ Prisons Are Making A Comeback In America

How Debtors’ Prisons are Making a Comeback in America (Liberty Blitzkrieg, Dec 25, 2013):

Apparently having 5% of the world’s population, but 25% of its prisoners simply isn’t good enough for neo-feudal America. No, we need to find more creative and archaic ways to wastefully, immorally and seemingly unconstitutionally incarcerate poor people. Welcome to the latest trend in the penal colony formerly known as America. Debtors’ prisons. A practice I thought had long since been deemed outdated (indeed it has been largely eradicated in the Western world with the exception of about 1/3 of U.S. states as well as Greece).

From Fox News:

As if out of a Charles Dickens novel, people struggling to pay overdue fines and fees associated with court costs for even the simplest traffic infractions are being thrown in jail across the United States.

Critics are calling the practice the new “debtors’ prison” — referring to the jails that flourished in the U.S. and Western Europe over 150 years ago. Before the time of bankruptcy laws and social safety nets, poor folks and ruined business owners were locked up until their debts were paid off.

Chinese Consumers Are Rushing To Buy GOLD This Christmas

What Chinese Consumers Are Rushing To Buy This Christmas (ZeroHedge, Dec 26, 2013):

While the US consumer is rushing to spend what little savings they have left and grab that last for 2013 “X% off” deal from the local inventory-clearance bin on plastic Made in China trinkets or marked-down clothing, Chinese consumers are likewise scrambling to buy products. Only, unlike in the US, the object of China’s affection is not some gizmo that will end up in the local landfill within 3-6 months. China News Network shows what it is.

Israel Passes U.S. Military Technology to China

Report: Israel Passes U.S. Military Technology to China (Defense Tech, Dec 24, 2 013):

Secret U.S. missile and electro-optics technology was transferred to China recently by Israel, prompting anger from the U.S. and causing a senior Israeli defense official to resign.

The head of defense exports for the Israeli Defense Ministry resigned after a U.S. investigation concluded that technology, including a miniature refrigeration system manufactured by Ricor and used for missiles and in electro-optic equipment, was sent to China, according to the Israeli newspaper Maariv.

Russian Experts: Fukushima Worse Than Chernobyl: Radiation Affects Fish, World Ocean, West Coast

Fukushima is worse than Chernobyl: radiation affects fish, World Ocean, West Coast – experts (Voice of Russia, Dec 25, 2013):

Three years on, the general public is still nervous about the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster of March 2011. Heavy rain has caused more contaminated water leaks over the protection dike recently. The Japanese are increasingly distrustful of atomic scientists’ claims that the contaminated water has failed to make it to the ocean. Meanwhile, The Cape Cod Times US newspapers reports that the Fukushima toxic waste is reaching the US West Coast, while 70 crewmembers of the US Ronald Reagan aircraft-carrier, involved in the relief operation in the wake of the disaster, are filing a lawsuit against the TEPCO Fukushima operator company, claiming the Japanese company had failed to warn them of all the risks that they were running during the operation.

Russian Experts: Fukushima pollution spreads all over Earth, clearly a large amount of fish, seaweeds, and everything in ocean has been polluted — These products are the main danger for mankind

Russian Experts: Fukushima pollution spreads all over Earth, clearly a large amount of fish, seaweeds, and everything in ocean has been polluted — These products are the main danger for mankind as they can end up being eaten by people on a massive scale (ENENews, Dec 25, 2013):

Maxim Shingarkin, Deputy Chairman of Russia’s State Duma Committee for Natural Resources, Dec. 26, 2013: “Currents in the World Ocean are so structured that the areas of seafood capture near the US north-west coast are more likely to contain radioactive nuclides than even the Sea of Okhotsk which is much closer to Japan. These products are the main danger for mankind because they can find their way to people’s tables on a massive scale. […] Air emissions were not projected either on the Sea of Okhotsk, or Sakhalin, or the Far East, or the Kuril Islands. So airlifting cargoes does not seem dangerous so far. I mean so far because not all the nuclear fuel has been taken out of the power generation units. This means that radioactive emissions into the atmosphere are possible as a result of heating.”

Experts: Very, very high cesium levels in sediments; Most fish in area are radiated … VERSUS … Lab: We’ve never found radiation, it’s safe — Tepco: It’s pretty much under control, fences keep pollution out of ocean (VIDEO)

TV: Fukushima fish making it to stores, loads brought into port daily — Experts: Very, very high cesium levels in sediments; Most fish in area are radiated — Lab: We’ve never found radiation, it’s safe — Tepco: It’s pretty much under control, fences keep pollution out of ocean (VIDEO) (ENENews, Dec 25,2013):

Aleksey Yaroshevsky, RT reporter, Dec. 25, 2013 (at :30 in): “The port of Soma [~45 km from Fukushima Daiichi], despite being just a few km from areas […] contaminated by radiation, seafood of all shapes and sizes lands here several times a day. […] There are serious concerns now — this particular catch was made in the waters of the Fukushima nuclear power station.”

Yamashike Yosuke, Environmental Engineering Professor at Kyoto University, Dec. 25, 2013: “There is significant contamination in the bottom sediment, especially in the pond and the river system, that we can find at very, very high concentrations of radioactive cesium accumulated.”

Akihisa Sato, laboratory worker, Dec. 25, 2013: “We’re taking samples from every catch we make and if we ever find even the slightest trace of radiation, we’ll destroy the whole catch. So far there has been none. This fish is safe.”

Youshimi Hitosugi, Tepco spokesman, Dec. 25, 2013: “The situation is pretty much under control. We’ve built fences not to let polluted groundwaters leak into the ocean.”

Hirokai Kurosaki, economist, Dec. 25, 2013: “Most of the fish caught within the 30 kilometer radius is thrown into the garbage, because it is radiated. And Tepco is paying to local fishermen for it, so they’re happy and keep silent. Some of it though makes it to stores, but only locally.”

ORGANIC MINERALS VS. INORGANIC MINERALS

Organic And Inorganic Minerals (Raw Food Explained):

3. Organic And Inorganic Minerals

3.1 The Differences in Mineral Forms

Most knowledgeable people today recognize that the body must have certain minerals to accomplish its work and preserve its health. However, only a few realize that these minerals must be in their organic state to do us any good at all.

Please understand these facts:

  1. Minerals are inorganic as they exist naturally in the soil and water.
  2. Minerals are organic as they exist in plants and animals.
  3. Only plants can transform inorganic minerals into organic minerals.
  4. Animals must eat plants or plant-eating animals to obtain their organic minerals.
  5. Inorganic minerals are useless and injurious to the animal organism.

Official: Expect Airborne Radiation Releases From Fukushima To INCREASE – Seafood Catches Off U.S. Pacific Coast More Likely To Be Contaminated Than Ones Far Closer To Japan

Official: Expect airborne radiation releases from Fukushima to increase — Seafood catches off U.S. Pacific coast more likely to be contaminated than ones far closer to Japan — ‘Gravest danger’ to public is if they eat these products (ENENews, Dec 25, 2013):

Maxim Shingarkin, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources (Lower House of the Federal Assembly of Russia), Dec. 25, 2013: “Because of the world ocean currents, the seafood that’s caught off the US Pacific coast is more likely to contain radionuclides than the seafood in the Sea of Okhotsk, which is by far closer to Japan. It is these marine products that may find their way to the tables of different countries’ residents that pose the gravest danger. […] not all fuel has been removed from the damaged nuclear reactors yet. We can therefore expect atmospheric radiation releases as a result of the heating up of reactors.”

U.S. Government Steps Up Attack On Exposure Of NSA Spying

US government steps up attack on exposure of NSA spying (WSWS, Dec 24, 2013):

The report issued last Wednesday by a White House panel on US surveillance programs has set the stage for an intensified effort to suppress any further revelations of illegal government spying.

The report largely endorsed the National Security Agency’s operations, hailing the “patriotism” of the operatives who are collecting and stockpiling private information on every American citizen and virtually the entire population of the world. This whitewash came two days after a federal judge ruled that the NSA’s mass collection of telephone records violated the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution’s prohibition of “unreasonable searches and seizures.”

Within hours of the report’s issuance, the Obama administration was in court in a further attempt to shut down any legal challenge to the massive violation of privacy rights.

‘Fukushima Fish Ends In Garbage’: Radioactive Fears Blight Japan’s Seafood Industry

‘Fukushima fish ends in garbage’: Radioactive fears blight Japan’s seafood industry (RT, Dec 25, 2013):

Due to radiation fears, Fukushima Prefecture fishermen have to dump most of their catch. Two years into the nuclear disaster, the world is growing weary of Japan’s seafood, with South Korea even banning Japanese fish and seafood imports.

Fish has traditionally not only been an integral part of Japanese food culture, but also one of its prized exports. In 2011, before the Fukushima disaster, Japan maintained one of the world’s largest fishing fleets and accounted for almost 15 percent of global catches, according to Forbes.

Christmas Letter From A Muslim (Veterans Today)

Jesus is called a great prophet in the Quran.

The Diet Of Jesus According To The Essene Gospel Of Peace (Found In The Secret Archives Of The Vatican): Raw Foods & Vegetarian

“The best-kept secret of Christmas: The world’s 1.5 billion Muslims LOVE Jesus…maybe even more than most nominal Christians do.…”
– Dr. Kevin Barrett

Christmas letter from a Muslim (Veterans Today, by Dr. Kevin Barrett, Dec 25, 2013):

Dubai-Christmas

As-salaamu alaikum and a very Merry Christmas!

American Christians often send each other Christmas letters. Oddly, these letters rarely reference Jesus – or any of the other messengers of God, peace and blessings on all of them.

Christmas letters usually just provide a superficial summary of what the letter-writer and family have been doing during the previous year. Most of them are devoid of spirituality.

You’d think a Christmas letter would invoke angels,  blessings, self-sacrifice, holiness, purity, miracles, redemptive love, dreams and visions, divine healing, hopes of paradise and aversions to hellfire, and so on. You’d expect a Christmas letter to be written in the spirit of Jesus, that most radical of spiritual healers and miracle-workers, who taught a vastly expanded form of consciousness based on universal love – a form of consciousness capable of turning ordinary life into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Edward Snowden’s Christmas Message To The World (Video)

Edward Snowden’s Alternative Christmas Message To The World (ZeroHedge, Dec 25, 2013):

Edward Snowden’s Christmas message, conveyed to the world courtesy of the UK’s Channel 4, from his Russian exile is simple: “end mass surveillance.” Alas, in a world in which social media exhibitionism is the norm, is his message increasingly falling on deaf ears? After all, there is a Duck Dynasty scandal, or a Justin Bieber retirement at any given moment, both of which are far more important than the loss of all personal privacy and the supreme reign of Big Brother.

Fukushima Mother: ‘Strange smell’ at start of nuclear disaster — Health of entire family has deteriorated — More people who stayed have died, more kids have leukemia and cancer — All our thyroid exams turned out totally different when tested in Tokyo (VIDEO) (ENENews, Dec 25, 2013):

Mother speaking at Fukushima Collective Evacuation Trial Team press conference on Dec. 4, 2013, transcribed by Kiiko and translated by Fukushima Voice, Published Dec. 22, 2013:

[…] I still remember how it was very hard for me and my children to breathe due to strange smell […] Every day the government and specialists said […] “There is no immediate health effect.” […] we ate local vegetables and drank tap water. […] I began to have dry coughs of unknown etiology. When I went to a hospital, I was told “An increasing number of people had the same symptom.” […] My son [and] many others around us, at all ages, also complained of bone pain in the soles of their feet. […] Health of all the family members quickly deteriorated during the period awaiting evacuation. […] My dry cough got so bad to the point of nearly choking in the middle of the night […] arm bone pain was so bad that I could barely open and close doors. […] My grade school age son continued to have nausea and headache […] they found blood in his urine […] he often had diarrhea. I also began to have continuing nausea, headache and diarrhea. […] my son’s blood pressure had gone down to 82/50. […] [We] went to a hospital in Tokyo for thyroid examination. […] all of us had results which were totally different from the results in Fukushima [son diagnosed with thyroid adenomatous goiter and lymphadenopathy with over 10 lymph nodes involved]. When I took him to a hospital in Yamanashi, he was diagnosed with “autonomic nervous system disorder.” […] More people who remained in Fukushima are suffering from the same symptoms as mine. More people have died. There are more children who got leukemia, who began to have bloody noses and who have thyroid cancer. […]
