Fukushima Puts Contaminated Soybeans To Market (Simply Info, July 1, 2013)

I removed the all the content of this article from…

SimplyInfo.org/Fukuleaks.org

… because those people do not allow me to quote two paragraphs or even two sentences of their work.

Because of that and because of their immediate overreaction to write a DCMA, which is by the way abused in 57% of all cases …

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DMCA

… I have decided to remove not only the content of the article, but also the link.

My hoster’s legal department even told them to …

“… submit a properly formatted notice pursuant to the DMCA.”

… next time.

Their DCMA was baseless and unprovable according to a senior webmaster I know.

Those people do not deserve a backlink from Infinite Unknown.

In regards to their article Greenpeace Finds Cesium In Japanese Grocery Store Fish” I’ve told them:

This article contains TWO TINY (f******) sentences and quoting them is ‘fair use’ in my opinion.

A “fair dealing” with copyright material does not infringe copyright if it is for the following purposes: research or private study; criticism or review; or reporting current events.

If however you are still insisting that you want me to remove those short infos for my readers, then I will remove everything, incl. the link to your article, but will leave a message for all those readers that still visit these articles, so that they exactly know why the content has been removed and why I am not even linking anymore to your articles.

The Fukushima disaster is killing and threatening all life on the entire planet.

I am thinking that an intelligent being will do everything it can to help avoid total disaster (like a Fukushima reactor no. 4 SFP collapse) even if it is just by raising global awareness and hoping that through that the response to the Fukushima disaster will improve because of increasing public pressure & awareness.

You state at SimplyInfo that …

“Crowd sourced information research & analysis without focus on profit.”

Without focus on profit??? If this statement is the truth, then where is the problem???

Why should you care about copyright? Because by saying that your work is not about the money one might think that you want this information to be known to as many people as possible.

Now please calm down and let me know what you want.

Regards,

Infinite Unknown

They replied that they want me to remove everything and this is exactly what they get.

So I will not post anything from SimplyInfo.org/Fukuleaks.org in the future.

Radioactive Waste To Be Burned At Fukushima Daiichi Plant’s New Incinerator

An artist’s impression of how the completed facility will appear (Image: Tepco)

Fukushima waste incinerator takes shape (World Nuclear News, July 1, 2013):

Construction of an incinerator is underway at the Fukushima Daiichi plant to burn the low-level waste (LLW) being generated from the clean-up and decommissioning of the site.

The 3170-square-metre facility is expected to begin operating between September 2014 and March 2015. It will be used to reduce the volume of LLW – including such things as clothing, gloves and building materials – by burning it. The resulting radioactive ash will be stored in drums for later disposal.

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts: Washington Is Driving The World To The Final War

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury during President Reagan’s first term. He was Associate Editor of the Wall Street Journal. He has held numerous academic appointments, including the William E. Simon Chair, Center for Strategic and International Studies, Georgetown University, and Senior Research Fellow, Hoover Institution, Stanford University.

Washington Is Driving The World To The Final War — Paul Craig Roberts (June 28, 2013):

By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts

“V For Vendetta,” a film that portrays evil in a futuristic England as a proxy for the evil that exists today in America, ends with the defeat of evil. But this is a movie in which the hero has super powers. If you have not seen this film, you should watch it. It might wake you up and give you courage. The excerpts below show that, at least among some filmmakers, the desire for liberty still exists.

Whether the desire for liberty exists in America remains to be seen. If Americans can overcome their gullibility, their lifelong brainwashing, their propensity to believe every lie that “their” government tells them, and if Americans can escape the Matrix in which they live, they can reestablish the morality, justice, peace, freedom, and liberty that “their” government has taken from them. It is not impossible for Americans to again stand with uplifted heads. They only have to recognize that “their” government is the enemy of truth, justice, human rights and life itself.

Can mere ordinary Americans triumph over the evil that is “their” government without the aid of a superhero? If ideas are strong enough and Americans can comprehend them, good can prevail over the evil that is concentrated in Washington. What stands between the American people and their comprehension of evil is their gullibility.

If good fails in its battle with Washington’s evil, our future is a boot stamping on the human face forever.

Egypt: The Tanks Have Been Deployed

The Tanks Have Been Deployed (ZeroHedge, July 3, 2013):

Courtesy of the BBC’s Jeremy Bowen, and 911 operator we can see that the tanks in Cairo are now deployed. Surely this will add at least another 10 points to the Stalingrad and Propaganda 500 on anywhere between 2 and 3 contracts in today’s hilarious zero volume revolutionary melt up.

And another from Quentin Sommerville:

From Reuters:

The Egyptian army erected barbed wire and barriers around a barracks where embattled President Mohamed Mursi was working and deployed armored vehicles and troops to prevent his supporters marching from a nearby rally to his palace, witnesses said.

New Report: Drone Strikes 10 Times More Deadly To Civilians Than Manned Aircraft

New Report: Drone Strikes 10x More Deadly to Civilians than Manned Aircraft (Liberty Blitzkrieg, July 3, 2013):

“Conventional airpower or missiles are far less precise than drones, and likely to cause more civilian casualties and local outrage.”
– Barrack Obama in a May, 23 2013 speech

I’ve never witnessed a bigger pathological liar in my entire life than U.S. President Barack Obama.  Not only has pretty much every word out of his mouth been a complete and total deception since he took office, I firmly believes he fundamentally loves the act of lying.  This post covers one of the biggest lies Obama has told the American public, and indeed the world, with regard to drone strikes.  This lie is particularly important since I would guess at least 90% of the public believes it to be true.

A recent study by a U.S. military advisor shows that not only are drone strikes more likely to harm civilians per incident, but they are 10x more likely to do so. This lie is right up there with Obama’s recent statement that he “won’t scramble jets to capture Edward Snowden.”

Of course, that’s precisely what he did yesterday.

Now, from The Guardian:

A study conducted by a US military adviser has found that drone strikes in Afghanistan during a year of the protracted conflict caused 10 times more civilian casualties than strikes by manned fighter aircraft.

Bolivia’s Air Force One Finally Granted European Overflight: Currently Above Spain (ZeroHedge, July 3, 2013):

It appears that all it took for Spain to finally grant Bolivian president Evo Morales a green light to fly in its airspace was a thorough Austrian check of its cargo hold, a la Millennium Falcon, to make sure it does not hide Barack Obama’s public enemy number 1. Sure enough, the plane has left Vienna and at last check was about to fly over Madrid in a few short minutes.

  • EGYPT’S MURSI SAYS MILITARY MEASURES REPRESENT ‘FULL COUP’

Which however is irrelevant, as Mursi is about to disappear, only to reappear perhaps in the transit zone of the Moscow airport

From the WSJ:

Egypt’s military announced it is ousting Islamist president President Mohammed Morsi, suspending the constitution and calling for early elections—a move the presidential palace quickly branded a “complete military coup.” Egypt will be ruled temporarily by the president of the Supreme Constitutional Court, the head of Egypt’s military, Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, said in an address on state television Wednesday evening in Egypt. Mr. Morsi rejected the declaration that he was out of office and called on Egyptians to avoid bloodshed and honor the constitution.

Of course, how the Muslim Brotherhood will accept their overthrow remains unclear but after the initial shock expect “reprisals”…

Persecution of Islamists in Egypt begins. Police arresting personnel at Islamist media channel. Leaders in hiding. MB revolt inevitable.

The new interim head of Egypt will be revealed tomorrow:

  • Head of Egypt constitutional court to be sworn in as interim head of state on Thursday

He will most likely be succeeded by Mohamed ElBaradei.

While earlier the State Department spokesperson was careful not to take sides, it seems – given Cantor’s recent comments of the US long-standing support of the Egyptian military – that they have come out in support of the new framework; for fear, we suspect, of the growing anti-American sentiment we first exposed here.

Wall Street Banks Extract Enormous Fees From The Paychecks Of Millions Of American Workers

Wall Street Banks Extract Enormous Fees From The Paychecks Of Millions Of American Workers (Economic Collapse, July 2, 2013):

Would you be angry if you had to pay a big Wall Street bank a fee before you could get the money that you worked so hard to earn?  Unfortunately, that is exactly the situation that millions of American workers find themselves in today.  An increasing number of U.S. companies are paying their workers using payroll cards that are issued by large financial institutions.  Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Walgreens and Taco Bell are just some of the well known employers that are doing this.  Today, there are 4.6 million active payroll cards in the United States, and some of the largest banks in the country are issuing them.  The list includes JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citigroup.  The big problem with these cards is that there is often a fee for just about everything that you do with them.  Do you want to use an ATM machine?  You must pay a fee.  Do you want to check your balance?  You must pay a fee.  Do you want a paper statement?  You must pay a fee.  Did you lose your card?  You must pay a big fee.  Has your card been inactive for a while?  You must pay a huge fee.  The big Wall Street banks are systematically extracting enormous fees from the working poor, and someone needs to do something to stop this.

French Opposition Demands Referendum, Warns “What Are They Going To Do? Send In Tanks?” (ZeroHedge, July 1, 2013):

For the first time, France’s Front National party (described by some as 1930s Social Nationalism) is running level with the two governing parties in post-war France – the Socialists and the Gaullistes. With all around 21%, the Front is rapidly gaining support as its leader, Marine Le-Pen exclaims, “Europe is just a great bluff. One side there is the immense power of sovereign peoples, and on the other side are a few technocrats.” As The Telegraph reports, following a massive victory securing 46% of the vote in a recent by-election, her anti-euro sentiment is clearly gathering attention. “The euro ceases to exist the moment that France leaves, and that is our incredible strength. What are they going to do, send in tanks?” she notes, adding that should she be elected she will demand an EU referendum, “I will negotiate over the points on which there can be no compromise. If the result is inadequate, I will call for withdrawal.” While her rhetoric is strong, it is clear by the gains and her purging of the more extreme members of her cantankerous father’s party that she is serious as she concludes somewhat ominously, “France is not a country that can accept tutelage from Brussels.”

Via The Telegraph,

Obamacare To Punish Healthy Eaters As Insurance Rates Double Or Triple For Those Who Choose To Take Care Of Their Health

Obamacare to punish healthy eaters as insurance rates double or triple for those who choose to take care of their health (Natural News, July 2, 2013):

According to an analysis just published by the Wall Street Journal, healthy people will pay double or triple their current health insurance rates under Obamacare. Rates for those with chronic disease, however, will be reduced as all the healthy people subsidize their disease lifestyles.

The net effect is that people who choose to follow a healthy lifestyle — eating well, taking nutritional supplements, exercising and avoiding junk foods — will be financially punished by the federal government while those who choose to follow a disease and sickness lifestyle — eating junk foods, taking meds, refusing to exercise, etc. — will be rewarded by government.

This is the essence of socialized medicine: punish responsible citizens while rewarding those who refuse to take care of their health.

Disease is a matter of cause and effect, not luck

Silver is winning India’s “War on Gold” (ZeroHedge, July 2, 2013):

As India continues to wage war with gold, investors are seeking out the yellow metal through any means available. Reports today suggest that there is not enough room on commercial flights into Dubai for all those investors seeking to purchase gold. “I cannot find a place for transporting gold on Emirates, on BA or Swiss Airlines this weekend,” lamented Tarek El Mdaka, the managing director of Kaloti Gold in Dubai adding he is shipping as much as 2 tonnes of gold every day.1 As we had suspected, it would appear that the Indian gold trade has moved offshore to avoid the restrictions on imports and extra taxes imposed. However, this is not the biggest change in the Indian precious metals market – silver imports have exploded.

Washington Post Releases Four New Slides From NSA’s Prism Presentation

Washington Post releases four new slides from NSA’s Prism presentation (Guardian, June 30, 2013):

Newly published top-secret documents detail how NSA interfaces with tech giants such as Google, Apple and Microsoft

The Washington Post has released four previously unpublished slides from the NSA’s PowerPoint presentation on Prism, the top-secret programme that collects data on foreign surveillance targets from the systems of nine participating internet companies.

The newly published top-secret documents, which the newspaper has released with some redactions, give further details of how Prism interfaces with the nine companies, which include such giants as Google, Microsoft and Apple. According to annotations to the slides by the Washington Post, the new material shows how the FBI “deploys government equipment on private company property to retrieve matching information from a participating company, such as Microsoft or Yahoo and pass it without further review to the NSA”.

Nobel Peace Prize Winner: Bradley Manning Should Win The Nobel Peace Prize

FYI.

Bradley Manning should win the Nobel Peace Prize (Guardian, June 30, 2013):

As a peace prize winner myself, I am nominating Manning for this honor for his work to help end the Iraq War and other conflicts

Peace is more than simply the absence of war; it is the active creation of something better. Alfred Nobel recognized this when he created alongside those for chemistry, literature, medicine and physics, an annual prize for outstanding contributions in peace. Nobel’s foresight is a reminder to us all that peace must be created, maintained, and advanced, and it is indeed possible for one individual to have an extraordinary impact. For this year’s prize, I have chosen to nominate US Army Pfc Bradley Manning, for I can think of no one more deserving. His incredible disclosure of secret documents to Wikileaks helped end the Iraq War, and may have helped prevent further conflicts elsewhere.

Greece Gets Three-Day Ultimatum From Europe To Fix Itself, Or Else

From the article:

If we were Greek depositors, we would make prudent use of the ‘mattress alternative‘ right about now…

Greece Gets Three-Day Ultimatum From Europe To Fix Itself, Or Else (ZeroHedge, July 2, 2013):

Yesterday it was the Egyptian military giving president Morsi a two day ultimatum before things “deteriorate”, now it is the Eurozone giving Greece a three day ultimatum to “deliver on the conditions attached to its international bailout in order to receive the next tranche of aid” or else.

This links back to the FT report from June 20 that the IMF told Greece it has until the end of July to plug its budget holes, or else. In other words, simple escalation. Of course, maybe it should have been made apparent to Greece back in May 2010 at the time of the first (of many) bailouts that all those tens of billions in sunk costs are actually supposed to lead to economic reforms instead of perpetuating a broken and corrupt political system in which all in efficiencies and failures are blamed on evil (f)austerity.

From Reuters:

Greece has three days to reassure Europe and the International Monetary Fund it can deliver on conditions attached to its international bailout in order to receive the next tranche of aid, four euro zone officials said on Tuesday.

Airplane Of Bolivian President Denied Passage Over French, Portuguese Airspace Due To Snowden Suspicions

Airplane Of Bolivian President Denied Passage Over French, Portuguese Airspace Due To Snowden Suspicions (ZeroHedge, July 2, 2013):

Moments ago a rather surreal episode of international diplomacy, or rather lack thereof, took place when the airplane of Bolivian President Evo Morales was forced to land in Austria over suspicions that NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden was on board, a claim Bolivian authorities denied. The reason: France and Portugal reportedly refused to allow the flight to cross their airspace due to concerns that Snowden may have been aboard the plane. It is what international law allows countries to deny their airspace to presidents of sovereign countries, when the only transgression is unproven speculation of harboring a whistleblower. Of course, with both insolvent countries bent over and in dire need of some all too precious Uncle Sam liquidity, we can see how they would do anything and everything to gain some favor with Obama.Per RT, David Choquehuanca, the Bolivian Foregin Minister, refuted the idea Snowden was on the plane, saying “we don’t know who invited this lie, but we want to denounce to the international community this injustice with the plane of President Evo Morales.”

Others in South America are also angry, with Ecuador foreign affairs minister Ricardo Patino taking the lead:

With Less Than A Day Left, Mursi Demands Withdrawal Of Ultimatum; Mubarak Says Mursi Should Step Down

With Less Than A Day Left, Mursi Demands Withdrawal Of Ultimatum; Mubarak Says Mursi Should Step Down (ZeroHedge, July 2, 2013):

When news hit 30 minutes before the market close that the Egyptian president would have a joint statement with the local military, some saw  this was a good sign that there may finally be a compromise forming. Couldn’t be further from the truth. As Reuters reports, Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi called on the armed forces on Tuesday to withdraw an ultimatum for him to share power with his political opponents and said he would not be dictated to. “President Mohamed Mursi asserts his grasp on constitutional legitimacy and rejects any attempt to deviate from it, and calls on the armed forces to withdraw their warning and refuses to be dictated to internally or externally,” a tweet on the official Twitter feed of the Egyptian presidency said. A military source said the armed forces had seen Mursi’s statement and would issue a response to it.And just to complete the epic farce, Al Arabiya reported that ousted Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said that the country’s current Islamist president, Mohammed Mursi, should step down for the sake of the Egyptian people. One couldn’t make this up, nor could one make up the losses those short Egypt risk protection have suffered in the past month as Egypt CDS have widened by 50%.
