There must be some significance to everyone”s RIGHT hand vs Washington’s LEFT hand. I haven’t found the right keywords to get this out of my search yet, but if one looks at Washington’s writings and arguments during the founding of the nation, he was opposite of the secret society’s need to control the masses and gain power- Washington refused the kingship offered him and was uncomfortable accepting the presidency. He was not a power hungry man and fought for the people and their right to run their own lives. If you read up on his personal life and the weird fight over the slavery issue, you will likewise see that there were difficult and impossible laws that banned the freeing of slaves.
