2 very large ‘H.A.A.R.P. Rings’ appeared over Great Falls Montana, and Central (unnamed) Nebraska. 100 miles north of North Platte.
Expect severe weather in these two areas within 24-48 hours from now.
I base this call upon the 12 other times I have seen the “rings” and the rings get hit DIRECTLY in the center with tornados or very severe weather.
Always in the CENTER of the ring.
