I have worked on a hydro dam powering turbine generators
Stop logs 18″ x18″X20′ also called drops were dropped
in place, then the steel gate was lowered. There was always
water leaking through. To stop the leaks,we would dump
coal cinders taken from a coal firered boiler and dump them
in the high water side of the dam inline with the leakes.
It would stop the leaks in very little time.
I am almost 100% sure that this procedure would stop the
leakes and,
.this would give you time to pour cement again
and plug the leak at the FUKUSHIMA DAINI NUCLEAR
POWER STATION.
